Climb is a program that assists youth between the ages of 18-24 residing in zip codes 22041 or 22044. Climb not only provides career pathways for youth but also pays an hourly wage of $14 for attending the six-week program. Climb will prepare participants for a career path in either post-secondary education, military, vocational support, or professional career.
