Hey guys it has been over 3 years at this point and the fan is still going strong and working great, just a quick update. Thank you all for watching, please like and subscribe!
I wonder if it is seasonal increase. I cant remember when I got mine...i suppose it is in the video info...I will check it when I get home and see if I bought it in like early spring of fall.
@@Reviewsandmore mine has been having the problem of the screw coming loose and the fan blades walking on the shaft. Its so annoying. I've locktite the bolt numbers times and on speed 3 after a few months it always comes loose. NOW THE SCREW STRIPPED!! The part where the blade has the threads has stripped too.
*Small but **Fastly.Cool** .We use it in a very large roompositioned about 10 feet awayin 85F outside heatit keeps us cool. No need to turn on the AC.*
Your video helped my to assemble my fan. I made a variation when attaching the base to the shaft. I straddled the base between 2 5 gallon buckets. Extremely easy.
I'm having issue with the same fan. After install, testing to see if the blade just spins. It does but it hits against the ends of the screws. Scraping it and I can't seem to figure out what to do. Any ideas? Appears the stocks screws on the motor are to long.
im having the same issue. the instructions say it should be flush but then it hits the motor bolts. in the video he has the blade flush to the front of the spindle so i did that but then the blade slides while in use and it’s the bolts in the back. then when i thought i figured it out i went to move the fan the blade just fell off. no idea how. about to return it which sucks cuz it’s nice for the 1min it works before the blade slides and hits the bolts
There was a build in screw on one of the fan holder that makes it hard to adjust. I don’t see the point in that. I wish I never ordered it. Llivingusa is the company’s name
Second time I bought this fan in two days. Harbor Freight Technical hotline said the motor is not supposed to be hot enough to where you cant lay your hand on it. BOTH get hit enough to where I cant place my hand on the motor housing. Does anyone else with this fan experience the same issue? I worry this will fry the motor.
Same story here. Can’t find answers anywhere. After about 3 minutes of running it is hot hot. After about 30 min it starts sounding strange. My 2nd fan in 2 days.... does the exact same....
YES MINE STAYS HOT TO THE TOUCH ALL THE TIME!! Whats worse is the screw that holds the fanblades to the shaft kept coming loose on speed 3. Now it finally stripped and will have to find another one unless I can figure out how to re thread and use a new screw. SUCH AN ANNOYING FAN BUT CHEAP
I have 3. complaints 1. Its too big 2. Its too scary 3. Its to noisy Next time get a Climate Keeper or a Holmes or a Lasko so don't come back till you got one something that is quieter much QUITER
it is loud, but we use it for our gym area in the garage, but it works I keep it on the lowest setting when I use it. I would not use this as a workshop or house fan.
Mark Lanigan Mark thanks for being so Fucking understanding Thank You you're the only Fucking one who understands and respects my fear you're the only one with a Fucking brain nobody else does Thanks

Thanks for the review. How loud and powerful is it when it's on the lowest level, please?

Hey thanks, this video definitely helped me set mine up much quicker than instructions alone.
Much obliged for sharing this video tutorial. I use the fan on the first floor of our house to save electricity.

what screws, what part of the fan are they hitting?
@@Reviewsandmore having the same issue. The 4 motor studs seem too long, the fan blade keeps hitting the studs

You have reversed the fan blade assembly. Flip it over with the long shaft towards the motor.
Move the blade farther out on the shaft then tighten 😅
Thanks!
Could you show a brief demo on how your fan works?
What I find weird is the blade design
Is there a reason they're flat or is it just cost savings?
BEST THANKS
Most welcome

Does it still work? How does it compare with the 24 " fan they have
works like a champ, and I cannot say as I do not have the 24" fan

You couldn't turn the darn thing on so we could hear how noisy it is???
Waste of time , NO DEMONSTRATION OF FAN ACTUALLY RUNNING, REALLY WHAT WERE YOU THINKING !
I was thinking it was an unboxing and assembly video
@@Reviewsandmore I guess you ran out of time.
So when the hell are you going to actually review it?
No data, no specs, other than 30" model. $120 discounted 5 yrs ago. A??? Geee Whiz motor with no rpm , no amps, no rpm.
