- Hola mis amigos and welcome back to another Halo 3 campaign mod showcase! In this video, we will continue checking out the mod that aims to expand the sandbox and provide more than just gameplay variety for halo 3. You'll find new weapons and vehicles, run into new encounters and enemies, and experience a fresh take on halo 3. This is Halo 3 Mythic Overhaul, created by MythicJaqui!

Breakdown of the mod's features:

Changes:
Various grenade buffs and nerfs
Some equipment can now hold two charges
Various buffs and nerfs to throwable equipment
Bubble Shield is now destructible
New Easter Eggs
Throughout the levels MythicJaqui has added a few easter eggs that range from funny decals to full-blown hidden weapons that you can pick up and use.
The two major weapon easter eggs that you want to keep an eye out for are the Halo Infinite tank gun and a goldeneye inspired golden gun found on the Tsavo Highway and The Storm respectively.

This level just adds onto the already amazing mod. The Storm offers even a wider variety of weapons to use in the already huge pool of weapons we already have available to us to go up against old and new enemies. This level was a ton of fun and I am itching to play more!

Seeing that MA5K put a smile on my face, it's something I wish 343 would add to the main games
Yeah, that was one of my favorites when I went through the mod. The handheld Halo 2 turret was pretty satisfying too.

My favourite level, mostly because of that cavalry charge at the end of the first rally point. It kind of misses the mark with the homing rockets, but it still seems fun.

Play the halo 3 resurrection overhaul it seems like a blast
I’ve been covering it as the missions come out. It’s a blast too!
Love the mod, but confused as to why there are Elites still with Covenant forces, with the Great Schism and alliance with Humanity after all
Can I ask what you have to do to make the AA Wraith not blow up when you kill the driver?
This is a modded campaign mission. I assume that's one of the things they changed
Stand on the tank and melee/shoot the driver's hatch off.
Melee driver until power armour is destroyed and head exposed.
Get into position where you have access to a clean headshot while the "press rb/x/e to board aa wraith" prompt ISN'T visible. (Emp the vehicle for more luck).
While the prompt is missing, hold the board button and headshot the driver.
You will automatically take the dr 7j ver's seat, but if you hop out it will instantly be destroyed.
This isn't a joke, it's been a thing since the original halo 3 on the 360.
Whats the music at the start?
Personally I like the variety of weapons the mod adds. But there is just this noticable jank to the shooting that makes me actually hate it.
