I saw a comment in another video saying, TKL trying to Take Down the govt. This shows a serious problem with some citizens who do not understand that the civil service is what keeps the country running and ruling parties can be replaced if desired by the People and the new ruling party will be there to continue. This bigot told me, opposition is trying to take down the country. I asked him, does PAP have the right to rule eternally? No. Does PAP have monopoly on Truth, Solutions and Opinions? NO.
The civil service remains even if ruling party is replaced with a new one.
So, sad fact js many singaporeans only know 1 ruling party and naturally misperceived or is brainwashed to think that Opposition is evil and has no rights to compete in elections and that replacing the ruling party is replacing the govt. This is not exactly correct cos civil service is there to serve the new govt.
These brainwashed are bigoted in that they have no tolerance for democracy and diversity of views and harbor a dictatorship mindset

Can somebody please explain to me his answer to the question as to what inspired him to run for president. He said that he was not eligible when the requirement was 15 years in a senior position but he became eligible when it was raised to 20 years???
The requirement was that the candidate had to be holding the position not more than 15 years ago, but now was raised to 20 years thus making him eligible.
