I truly enjoyed the interview and appreciate that you took the time to speak with me and make this great video. Thank you so much for this amazing review!
You were great. There is a lot of similarities between me and you in how did we come to love and collect fragrances. Good luck and thank you Sebastián for this incredible video. ❤️ By the way Jet fuel is Kerosene not gasoline 😆
Now this was an amazing video. The interview was a great idea I did not know Producer Micheal, but I love hearing the perspective of the nose or creative direction behind the scents, and Fragrance du bois is one of my favourite. I live in Washington state
Sebastian, you are amazing...it seem you know what we want... FDB PM is my dream in the future, because FDB is one of the classy perfumes which is not cheap... but I'm sure in time I will have it. Sebastian keep your broadcasts on you tube by providing more information about fragrance. Greetings from Illinois USA
I'm excited for this fragrance and thoroughly enjoyed your review with interview because I love your excitement for this scent and Michaels answers to his creation process. I'm in Washington state USA.
Excellent guest, keep doing interviews! My boyfriend would love the complex leather smells of PM. And who doesn’t want to smell expensive?! Thanks! VA, USA.
Howdy from Texas! What i really like about this interview is Machaels humility and honesty. And by the way ,the idea of carbon fiber is simply amazing! Thank you for another great review Sebastian. I salute you for being a great communicator. ✅️
Thanks Sebastian for coming up with these interview vids. Totally love them! I liked how you drill down every question about Michael and not just asking a barrage of it. We learned so much about him and you. Appreciate it much! I’m in Seattle btw.
Two of my favorite youtubers finally connected. I think Producer Michael is a wonderful entertaining character who has opened our eyes to places and things we may not have seen otherwise. You are a gem in your own right. I gain so much knowledge from your videos and I've built my collection of over 200 bottles and counting in large part based on what you recommend. This video in particular was no different and with your breakdown of the fragrance I plan on giving Fragrance Du Bois a serious look. My state is Texas.
I was pleasantly surprised to see Producer Michael on your channel. I watch his UA-cam videos. I really enjoyed the interview and learning about Producer Michael's journey into making his fragrance. Towards the end you both raised his fragrance bottle and noticed Michael's was a darker bottle. Looked it up and saw it's a collectors Swarovski edition, very nice! Great interview Sebastian, keep up the great work. I'm from California (Bay Area!). Cheers!
Thank you for the interview and review. This collaboration sounds promising and Fragrance Du Bois in general have some excellent scents in their lineup. I'm a big fan of leather fragrances and I appreciate your detailed description which makes this sound like it is worth sampling, at the very least. I'm in New York.
Hey Sebastian! Loved this interview! So interesting to get a glimpse behind the curtain with Michael. He's such a sweet and fascinating guy! His jet fuel comment made me laugh because I completely agree! Ha! Thanks for the giveaway opportunity! All the best from Texas!
Pennsylvania. Great interview. Your knowledge, excitement of fragrances is shared and comes out especially in your collaboration videos. Thanks for another great video.
Great interview! Amazing that you got to interview Producer Michael. Those notes sound amazing and I would love the opportunity to try this fragrance as I am looking for a new signature scent and Leather is one of my favorites. Andrew from Staten Island, NY
I'm in Maryland and on the hunt for a fragrance that is unique for my husband. I loved hearing the interview from a man who just kinda knows what turns him on, without having any perfumer knowledge. Seems like they distilled HIS passion into a bottle for him--something I imagine all of us would love to have the opportunity to do! As a ballet dancer, it seems similar to having a choreographer create a dance specifically for you-a dancer's dream come true!
Always love the interviews. It’s interesting to hear about the background of the fragrance and how it was created. By the sound of it, this appears to be a very unique scent and luxurious offering from Fragrance Du Bois.
I think this video was a great introduction to the process behind designing fragrances and I enjoyed hearing the thought that went into this long lasting and personal scent. Thanks for the review! From TX
I enjoyed this Video Sebastian !!! Thank you 🙏🏾!! I am from New Jersey!! My favorite part of the video is when you explain the notes. I like how you said it’s not like any other Leather out there !!! I’m a over sprayer as well 😅
I've been watching Michael's videos for quite some time. He is as generous, honest, kind, funny, and real as he comes across. Just a great guy. I would cherish a bottle of his fragrance as I know it's first class all the way. I'm in Pennsylvania.
Great review Sebastián, I really enjoyed your interview with PM.. Just wondering how this fragrance compares to Clive christian C, which I love. I'm in DE. USA.
Very interesting interview from 2 great personalities. I love to smell what a combination of leather and tuberose would do. Great work by Fragrance du bois. From Houston, Texas
CALIFORNIA!!! What I loved about your video was that it was a great follow up to his video of his closet tour where I saw all the fragrances on display. So it was nice to hear about his involvement with the brand in creating this fragrance. Greetings from Long Beach!
Thanks for a great interview with producer Michael . Have been watching his videos for long time and watched the one where he showed his fragrance collection . Loved how he was open and truthful about his inspiration for the fragrance ! Thanks again and I am in New Jersey .
Was a pleasure watching Seb love watching producer Micheals videos on UA-cam. His fragrance sounds very interesting and love the fact that it’s a long lasting fragrance. Love leather fragrances 👍 California
I like how you're interviewing different types of people, not just perfumers. I recently just saw a Producer Michael video on luxury watches! Lol I'm in Florida 🌞
Oh I need this fragrance. I love leather and have been looking for something that's unique. I like how even though he doesn't know alot about perfumery, you kind of extracted the info of his whole role in the making of this fragrance. Thanks as always for the great review and the giveaway. I live in the Atlanta metro area.
Hi from MN here, Michael seems like such a lovely guy with a zest for life and that really shined through in the interview. I love leather scents so I’m very curious about this one. I really appreciate your interviews and hope to see more!
I really enjoyed your review Sebastian, I am intrigued by the new release and love to try the fragrance as envisioned by Producer Michael since he himself has exquisite taste for luxury stuff, from PA,USA
Didn't know about him, cool guy! This one is right down my alley, I love animalic leather fragrances and I only tried one Fragrance Du Bois fragrance and the quality is definitely there, would really love to try this one, thank you Sebastian!!! Texas
California, USA. I had no idea that Producer Michael had a collaboration with Fragrance Du Bois to create his own creation, great! The fragrance sounds very interesting given that PM loves luxury!
G,day Sebastian Awesome Video indeed. Producer Michael Legend has incredible watch collection. So with you loving this leather fragrance im big on leather scents so im keen AF to try this Fdb PM Great Interview Great Review
What a great interview Sebastian , I have never tried Fragrance Du Bois as it's a little pricey but I have been intrigued about this house for awhile . I really love their bottles and complete luxury the brand exudes . I am a HUGE leather fan & love long lasting scents and would really love to get my nose on it . Cheers from Ohio - USA
FLORIDA: interesting the collaborations that are taking place within the perfume industry now. The branches seem to be reaching new areas. I used to follow PM and watch his youtube shows talking about jewelry and watches. I've never been into jewelry but always have been a big watch guy. Anyway, it was neat to see the two different worlds come together for the same reason. 👍
My two favorite people in one video. I absolutely love Producer Michael and of course Sebastian you are my favorite perfume guy. Over the years I have spend $$$$ just to buy all your recommendations. I would love have that bottle and I am from your neighborhood.
Recently I discovered your videos…and love them….I watch PM videos and when you said about the collab, I had to watch it…definitely need to check the perfume out…I am not in the US…but I keep visiting new York ..
I first came to know about PM from Mr Smelly's reaction to his fragrance collection video. I have to tell I since watched some of PM's video - it really entertaining. I really enjoyed this video and appreciate he being honest about how he does not not much about perfumery but told what frags he like and what he wished some of them had - totally honest.
Yooooooooo, This interview couldn't have come at a better time. I'm teetering between this and Solstis as my BirthDay Gift. I'm thinking this shall come 1st tho. THANKS A MILLION!!!!
My two favorite UA-cam channel people in one video 😃. Xmas came early for me👏🏾. I was wondering when you would review this fragrance but to have Michael himself is just a bonus. Great video thanks Sebastian. I watch all of yours and all of Michael's videos, he is such a down to earth person despite his success and I think that's why alot of people are drawn to him. Would love to own a bottle of PM for sure.
Great interview! What a great collaboration. This sounds like a fantastic masculine leaning leather and if leather is done right, it can be one of my favorite accords in fragrances. Interested to see how the florals play a part. Thank you for the opportunity to try it out! PA, USA
I like the reporting of performance and projection. Producer Michael's fragrance sounds perfect for me. I watch his show too and he's a great guest on your show. I'm in Virginia. Thank you.
You are indeed “Superman”, now I can finally go and pick some up!! The video was spectacular, and most of all that you were able to connect with him. I’m totally elated, I watch most his videos with much enjoyment. PM is funny, and doesn’t mind showing that he can be surprised. You’re the man, please continue the work. Bless’gs
I am currently here in New York and I happen to visit Luckyscent in Manhattan, the sales associate introduced me to this one and that's how I knew of this release from Fragrance du Bois. I am not a fragrance expert but I do collect fragrances. Up top I do recognize the tuberose note in PM. I agree that it's leathery and it smells very luxurious. From Stockton, California.
In Ohio and I would love to get my hands on FDB’s PM. I tried a few of their decants but I had to buy the 50ml of Sahraa and that was hands down the greatest fragrance purchase I’ve made so far.
I can relate so well to this video, it was like a retelling of my experiences with fragrance. Starting from the age of 3yrs. when I knocked myself out trying to climb cabinets where my Mom had hidden her perfumes, to the love of the smell of inside luxury cars, we owned a Jaguar when I was a child. The leather seats and maple wood work was a mesmerizing combination. I also loved the smell of gasoline when filling up. I found the interview with Producer Michael very refreshing. A very humble man, that admits when his knowledge of fragrance notes is not extensive. Of course when I heard animalic leather my ears pricked up, and the sensual scent of Tuberose is one of my favorite. Oregon, USA
Sahraa and Cavort are among my top 3 fragrances in my collection… I love that Michael was hoping to make his special fragrance reminiscent of Sahraa! I have not heard of his PM among the collection and would love to sample it! It sounds lovely with the leather, tuberose, earthy, ambery, musky and spiciness… hmmm… also dying to try to guess what the secret floral ingredients are in it? Who doesn’t love a mystery! 🧐 And why I love the FDB fragrances I have (only two!) is exactly because the longevity… yes, they do stay a bit closer to your skin, but deceivingly so! To me, they are much more intimate, than other brands that can project in a way that can overwhelm others. Loving fragrances that are wonderfully present, versus being a bit aggressive (love you said “screaming”) for others. 🥰 Yes, FDBs creations can be addictive! Oh my are Sahraa and Cavort addictive! And yes, 3-4 sprays of them carry you all day. 2 sprays for PM?!Wow! Also, love how the “PM” includes a🎵! Can you explain why? Is Michael a music producer? I hope I am not embarrassing myself asking that, as maybe the 🎵 makes that awfully obvious? 🙈
Thanks for another great vid! It’s nice to hear about the process of people creating their fragrances, it helps indulge the fantasy! As always, loved the review breakdown and your respected opinion on it. VA, USA.
Illinois great interview i saw them video of Producer Michael when he showed all his fragrances in his closet especially Fragrance Du Bois its what intrigue my interest in FDB..and the fact you have 4,000 bottles of fragrances would love to see your collection also.
This is wonderful Collab Sebastian. I am really impressed how the concept of mixing alcohol soaked in barrels marry with fragrances that create a wonderful end product. I own plum in Cognac and I am interested in trying other offerings , from PA, USA
Sebastian thank you for this amazing review of the PM fragrance. I loved the interview portion coupled with the full review you shared with us. There are a number of videos on this fragrance, but there is nothing like yours out there. PM really interests me. I am a huge FDB lover and Sahraa is my #1 favorite that I have from this brand.
Sebastian, great interview. Like Michael, I have an appreciation for Fragrance Du Bois creations. Sahraa happens to be one of my favorites from the line. I like the description of the notes in this one, as well as, the performance/longevity. Thank you for the giveaway opportunity. I'm located in Pennsylvania.
I didn't really know much about Producer Michael as a person so it was interesting to listen to the interview. The guy definitely lives a different lifestyle than most. Would love an opportunity to win this fragrance. Live in California.
I find it pretty funny how I just watched Micheal’s video last week on his total fragrance collection and taking note of his special Du Bois bottles and such, it was pretty mesmerizing haha. To see him now being mentioned/interviewed about his process ON MAKING a new Du Bois fragrance is pretty remarkable. - Texas, USA :)
Great interview Sebastian. When I heard that first Michael's fragrance was Pino Silvestre (Original by Pino Silvestre is a Aromatic Fougere fragrance for men. Pino Silvestre Original was launched in 1955.) I was not surprised, because this perfum I tried first time in Italy and really liked. Thank you both for fun interview, I enjoyed
Great Interview. I really enjoyed it and learned new things. I couldn't agree more about lots of leather fragrances starting to lean towards TF. I'm kind of over it...at least for now 😉 Tulsa OK here.
Great interview and I love his modesty and honesty. He didn’t try and pretend like he is the master of perfume knowledge just because he worked with a prestigious house. He came across honest and original. For a gentleman in his position, he didn’t have to do that. So, I salute him for that. But he has a great taste because he likes Sahraa oud, which according to me is the best of the house. I live in Virginia, USA. Thanks Seb.
I always enjoy the interviews! I always learn something. In this case it's that the process of creating a fragrance can be completely different and apparently still work. Definitely going to try to get a sample. I'm in NJ.
Hi Sebastian I'm very much in to middle eastern fragrance because of the full body fell and Due to my background. but I will definitely give these a try, oh and I so love your videos they certainly give one the feel good factor, thank you very much. Greeting from northern Virginia :)
This interview has been most intriguing. I'd love to experience this fragrance. I have yet to smell a true leather fragrance. I agree Sébastien the smell of gasoline is nice. As unhealthy as it is :) intriguing 🤔.... I would be most honored to try this fragrance. Marion, Illinois
Great that you got to interview Producer Michael. I wish more Fragrance reviewers would do more collaboration videos. Love that it doesn’t project but lasts. Sounds contradictory to PM’s personally. -Would be totally outrageous if I won! Chicago IL.
I did not say it doesn’t have any projection or sillage I just said it’s not as strong as some other ones that people consider beast. Longevity is the other roof though !!
Hi Sebastian - I'm in Florida and would love to receive a bottle of this amazing sounding scent. I only know Michael the Producer from The One videos so it was interesting to see him in a different light.
I appreciated learning about this fragrance, and I thought it was interesting to see what Michael Blakey had to say about this fragrance. I want to add this fragrance to my collection for multiple reasons, e.g. Sebastian said that it's addictive, "Gucci Guilty Absolute Pour Homme" is one of the few leather prominent fragrances I own, it seems layered, rich, and luxurious, and for other reasons too. For some reason, "Lalique Pour Homme EDP" (which is one of my favorite fragrances and it is not a leather fragrance) reminds me of how the interior of certain older luxury autos smells like, so I'm interested to see if this new fragrance would be some other one which would do that, but in a different way. I live in MD, U.S.A.
Wow wow what a gorgeous bottle and the notes sound absolutely delicious, would be delighted to win this. It would be my first Fragrance Du Bois bottle! As always love your videos Sebastian, I was watching your videos from years ago and I'm really fascinated how you grew as a perfume reviewer and a UA-camr in such a short period of time, please keep growing! And of course love these series when you have conversations with interesting people (Was not familiar with Producer Michael, very charismatic person). Best way to spend my spare time.
love fragrance du bois. love leather fragrances. gotta get my nose on PM. I liked that you asked him about his favorite smells in the world like trees and foods. Brandon California
I don't own anything from this house and love to try this fragrance, I like the smell of the interior of an expensive car and this is why I am interested in PM, from PA, US
Great video, he is such and interesting guy. I really liked the questions you asked around how this fragrance came to be. It sounds like an interesting take on a leather fragrance. I live in NY.
Very awesome interview and sounds like an amazing leather fragrance. I dont own any luxury frags except 1 amouage. Thank you very much for the opportunity to be in the giveaway good luck everyone and god bless. From Fairless hills Pennsylvania
Maryland: this was such an entertaining and reassuring interview, since a lot of the people who develop fragrances often have dealt with fragrances before and it was nice to see that he's very similar to us regular people who just like a smell, and want to create something similar to what they have in their mind. I would love to try this fragrance out since he seemed to get so many compliments on how well it smelled. I love the smell of leather too!
The video was great and the interview was also great I've heard a lot of great things about this fragrance but haven't got to try it yet good job Sebastian from New York

This is an amazing interview. You’ve already interviewed two people I’m excited to meet (PM & Roja Dove)
Now this was an amazing video. The interview was a great idea I did not know Producer Micheal, but I love hearing the perspective of the nose or creative direction behind the scents, and Fragrance du bois is one of my favourite.

VA, USA.
Just the kind of invigorating scent I need from a leather perspective, I love to try this so bad. From PA, USA
Thanks for the detailed review. The only one I am eyeing on from their new releases. 😁 IL, USA
Thank you for stopping by!!
@@ThePerfumeGuy I want to participate in your giveaway Sebastian, Florida USA 🇺🇸
Great Interview. I really enjoyed it and learned new things. I couldn't agree more about lots of leather fragrances starting to lean towards TF. I'm kind of over it...at least for now 😉 Tulsa OK here.
Best thing about pm is he isn’t a poser, doesn’t try and act like he knows it all. tells it as it is to him
Great interview and I love his modesty and honesty.
Thanks Seb.
Hi Seb, messenger DM sent. Thanks.
I always enjoy the interviews! I always learn something. In this case it's that the process of creating a fragrance can be completely different and apparently still work. Definitely going to try to get a sample. I'm in NJ.
Mr.Michael very famous in watches and car community my son one of his fans. Its a very interesting review and great to saw you together.
I enjoyed the interview. PM seems to be quite the character. I’m in Florida. Fingers crossed.
Thank you for stopping by.
Love how professional your reviews are Sebastian!
Am I late for the giveaway? My mother loves these fragrances, but they are way too expensive, I'd love to gift her one of these one day. 🇬🇧
From Connecticut. I really enjoyed todays video. It’s interesting to know the how a specific fragrances’ roots and origin.
Hi Sebastian ! Did I win?
This giveaway goes for 2+ weeks it's not INSTANT!
The more money he has, the more humble he gets, that's what I respect so much about him
I appreciated learning about this fragrance, and I thought it was interesting to see what Michael Blakey had to say about this fragrance.
Another cool video about a new fragrance from an upper tier house! Love a good leather scent and this sounds real classy. I’m in Ohio USA
Boston: I enjoyed hearinc about the creative process in this fragrance. i have never tried fragrance but i love leather scent.
Love how leather can smell smooth without being too cloying. This is one of them I guess, love to win, from PA, USA
From FL thanks I was dying for your review about this fragrance
Fragrance sounds amazing. Love the house and the colab. New York.
The video was great and the interview was also great I've heard a lot of great things about this fragrance but haven't got to try it yet good job Sebastian from New York
