For the caclulation for acceleration why dont we also multiply by 365 days in the Period
Ah, that's because we are assuming the period of rotation of the Earth is about its own axis (what we call one day, so 24 hrs). I didn't need to account for the Earth making one complete orbit around the Sun (if I had, then I WOULD have needed to account for the period of orbit being 365 days as you mentioned, rather than the period of rotation that I used of 24 hrs). Hope that helps!

how do we know that it takes 24h to get around earth? im confused
It takes the Earth 24 hours to rotate about its own axis, so that's one day.
It takes the Earth 365 (and a bit more) days to go around the Sun, so that's one year.
