Fog...fog. With every connect release there's a whole discussion on the details and inspirations behind it. Then there's... fog. More work behind this non jersey then what SF put out. It's great work... very nicely done. Reminds me a bit of the fan designs for San Diego, bringing back the brown.

they definitely wouldn’t look like this. why? because these go way too hard. real city connects for the A’s would look way different than u would expect, no good colors, ugly font, horrible logo, bad name on the front it would probbly say “the town” like from the warriors black “the town” jerseys.
most city connects are not good looking, with a couple exceptions
Oaktown is much closer to accurate. That “the city / the town” thing is so confusing and phony. Nobody on the streets calls either sf or Oakland that. Refer to SF as the city around Oakland locals and get laughed at.
Oaktown is a proper, age old, Oakland rapper approved song for Oakland.
