As someone who loves food and also travels sometimes for food Iwould say British food is excellent....most of it. Proper british food is good however there are loads of ppl who eat shit food coz its cheaper, kind of like America. They re very close countries so it does make sense. However a good british pie, a beef wellington, a proper sausage roll not greggs, fresh fish and chips and many more are amazing. Oh and i forgot british pork and especially british lamb with either mint sauce or a guiness sauce. Bloody amazing
Besides that there is excellent food from other cultures in britain such as great curries, kebabs and great carribean food. Britain is a great place for a foodie
We have British scones in America, we just call them biscuits, American scones are different

British food is good. Americans see a Sunday roast and thing it's gross because they don't eat proper vegetables. But a slow roasted beef joint with seasonal veg prepared properly and using native herbs for seasoning is by far better than a hot dog made of toes and anuses, chicken dipped in chlorine and candied fuckin yams
