- Hello, everyone! ☘️
I am thrilled to share with you a special cello cover of 'Zombie' by The Cranberries, right here from the heart of the West of Ireland. This beautiful Irish countryside has always been an inspiration to me, and I wanted to use this enchanting backdrop to pay tribute to a song that carries a powerful anti-war sentiment.
'Zombie' is more than just a song; it's an anthem for peace and a reminder of the devastating consequences of conflict and division. Dolores O'Riordan's haunting lyrics remain as relevant today as they were when the song was first released. It's a call for unity, empathy, and the end of senseless violence.
Through this performance, I hope to convey the timeless message of 'Zombie' and emphasize its significance in our world today. Music has the incredible ability to touch the soul and bring people together, and this song's message is more important than ever.
Please, take a moment to listen and reflect on the anti-war sentiment of 'Zombie' and how it resonates with today's challenges. If you feel the same way, I'd be grateful if you could like this video and share it with your friends, spreading the message of peace and love.
Don't forget to subscribe to my channel for more cello covers and performances that aim to touch your heart and inspire positive change through the power of music.
Thank you for joining me in celebrating the enduring legacy of The Cranberries and the importance of 'Zombie's message in our world. Let's stand together for a more peaceful and harmonious future. 🌍🕊️
Stay tuned for more beautiful music from the West of Ireland, and let's make the world a better place, one note at a time. 🎶❤️ #CelloCover #TheCranberries #Zombie #AntiWar #Peace #MusicWithAMessage

Beautiful, greetings from Limerick 🎻
You may not think that but looking at your cute house and the outdoors around you, I am even a bit jealous - this is the life I want.
But anyways - thank you for the video! I am one of your sponsors but wondering if I can also buy a collection of your music somewhere?
Awesome Patrick, great music, great scene, love how your doggo often seems to turn away and look like there's something far more interesting in the distance when you play, have a great day
That was amazing - thank you!
Wonderful Patrick - i hope you play it at the Mayo Dark Sky Festival this weekend!

Köszönjük!
I love Ireland. Never been there
I love Dolores
Never met her
I’ve no family
They’re gone
Is it wrong
I feel love
And family
Listening
To you
I watched the video of Patrick Dexter playing the cello cover of The Cranberries’ ‘Zombie’. I was impressed by his interpretation of the iconic song, which was written by Dolores O’Riordan as a protest against the violence in Northern Ireland. He played with intensity and emotion, conveying the anger and sadness of the lyrics. His cello sounded like a cry, echoing the pain and suffering of the people. His dog Naoise was also present, but he seemed to be more restless than usual, perhaps sensing the mood of the music.
Your playing has really come forward since I met you at the Stormont Hill Assembly. Hopefully, you'll get another chance to play it at TedxStormont? 🤔 💭
Best wishes,
The Honourable Chief. 🍀
❤️🧟♀️❤
I’m not one to tell you
What to do
But dare I say
Could you
Would you please
Play Wexford Carol
I’ll send you
Hundred dollars
If you’re up for it
Plus, we’ll need the gorgeous pup there, too 😊
And my cat Evie
Loves the cello
It’s the only thing that stops her
From destroying everything in her sight 🐱
Beautiful
