Do not consider the Kaisa Villa vacuum folks. Kapag sira ipapabalik sayo then magrefund daw sila. Pero puputi na ata uwak wala pading refund. Napakapanget pa ng customer service

San mo ba binili? naka depende ang security ng transaction sa seller at platform kung san mo binili ang produkto. if sa shopee or lazada mo binili imposibleng hindi ma refund ang returned item, unless hindi ka nag open ng claim request bago mo binalik.

Ok na ok pa vacuum namin 1 year na din sya.. Ang problem ko po sa kaisa vacuum san ako makakabili ng pamalit sa filter nya.
Hi po I check the link and may other version na po sila ng kaisa which is better po kaya may new red kasi sila Thou medyu expensive meron dn naman mas mahal nalang ng 100 sa narevirw nio. I'm planning to use it mainly sa floor thou might use sa small rug pag natapon ni baby ung mga biscuit nya at sa keyboard ko sana

Among the vacuums I've used, I'd say that VC20 Pro is the most effective for rug cleaning 😊

We don't clean the filters yet 😅 but just washing it under tap water should do 🙂

This Kaisa definitely! It's very light and comfortable to use. We are still using this and it's still working 100%

kakabili ko lang po neto. normal lang bah uminit tpus may parang flickering lights sa loob nang vacuum tpus may sunog or kakaibang smell? para kxeng nag ooverheat..tssk
