I turned 30 this year and I've noticed that as I get older I prefer less makeup too! It makes me feel and look younger with less I think, and loving my features instead of hiding them.

Actually, the baby stage is the easiest it will ever be.” Lol. Harsh but true. You will love them more every single day, but it’s all hard because the problems get harder and the world is so scary and cruel to let the pieces of your heart just go out and wander about like it’s no biggie when IT IS ALL A BIGGIE! My hair loss started between 4-5 months post-pardum. I’ve also read that too. My experience was awful, I had clumps of hair fall out😞 it was so bad for me. I really hope you don’t have that problem. You have a lot more hair than I do so I’m sure yours won’t be bad. But that was my experience 😭 anyways, love your videos and you have a beautiful baby boy🤍

20s are fun, I enjoyed my 20s. BUT!!! My 30s were FABULOUS ‼️ I was married in my first house with a baby girl. Also without that, I “myself” felt wonderful, I felt happier and more settled. 40s are also great‼️ 50s started great but that’s the year I noticed changes in myself physically. The closer I got to 60 was when I noticed gravity changing my face. But life is good, it’s just my husband and myself in the house and we enjoy ourselves. I have 2 lovely daughters that are my best friends. Guess I’m saying it’s all good! Enjoy every stage.

Hey Shannon.. I'm a 36yr old mum of 15, 12 and 10yr olds. I love makeup, I look forward to the new or same looks I do every morning. It's like my little 45mins to myself that I always make time for 🥰 I have absolutely no issue watching the baby or newborn videos. It's a nice change and even though I don't have a baby anymore it's really cool to see all the new gadgets and gizmos that exist in 2022 lol!. I think if you love the YTr you're watching then it's all relative makeup or not! X

Hi Shannon! If you ever think about doing a new makeup series, I think it would be amazing if you did a "beginner friendly" one, like showcasing different blending techniques (smokey, cut crease, halo, ...) or eyeliner, or lips, contour, etc. so every video would focus on one of them and you could create a look around it.
I have 200W abh foundation and it's too light....I got it in boxycharm...what do I do? I wanna use it but I look like a ghost with it on lmao 🤣

As you get older, you tend to appreciate natural looks. I think it's a part of the aging process. I used to be the same when I was younger. I used to cake on everything but now I really could not be bothered. I also think that you are more self-conscious with your looks and think everyone is watching or judging you whereas people really could not give a stuff. We all go about our business and no one literally cares how much make up you have on. It's funny how we all change!

No summer isn't my fav. I love autumn and spring. The in betweens i call them. Not to hot not to cold. I can't stand being hot. It's easier to get warm but hard to cool down and stay cool during summer

ive been going old school again, and doing a glam or a natural eye makeup look but then adding a pop of color on the lower lash line! ive been loving it. ill even drag the lower lash line color out to a wing and it looks so bomb.

Hi Shan! I absolutely LOVE your baby content!!! 💕You look so much younger and rested without all the "highlighter" products! They accentuate tear troughs and nasal labial folds on even teenagers. Unless they're to highlight cheekbones, they undo any effort to conceal beneath eyes and around the nose, imho! Could you please do your skin care routine? Do you use Tretinoin (Retinol or Retin A,) salicylic acid, glycolic acid, lactic acid, hyaluronic acid serum or vitamin C serum? Also what sunscreen do you use? I'd LOVE a rundown on how and when to use each! Thank you so much!
