Can't say that I've been a fan of Trevor's over the years, always favoured his brother. But this was a clinic, Trevor was a machine. Best player on the court. Definitely give props, he earned it!
Never to 4ever. Trevor may as well get a special sleeping arrangement on the pier since he’s becoming a feature. He’s on a roll and I’ve become a fan. And congrats to Theo on his first plaque, he’s been a top blocker in the US in recent years and always has a funny comment.
Better late than never lol Unfortunately I already saw the result of the game accidentally via Instagram (I follow Benesh on there) Wasn't trying to but it's not easy to stay off social media for 2 days 😅 Still thankful I got to watch it, I tuned into Ion channel @3pm on Sunday (according to the guide) to try to catch the game live but they ended up showing NCIS instead 🤦♂️ lol
I'm really impressed with this entire tournament, the organization, the online presentation (quality announcers who actually know the players), great atmosphere, fun all around! 🎉
Congratulations to Trever and Theo. Wow, Andy and Miles have such a unique approach to this sport. Can't wait for the next event. Thanks to the AVP for posting some great videos.
The AVP got it right this time. Produced an excellent tournament with the video and audio. I didn’t know the finals were on ION so there’s still a gap in the full communication of where to go to see games in real time but at least the games are getting on UA-cam eventually
Woule love to see some of the US pros at the German beach tour. They would love the atmosphere and everything alex walkenhorst has done over there for sure.
Alter Trevor crabb als villain vor einer GBT Crowd wäre pures Gold😂 wird aber denke ich nicht passieren Avp hat viele stops die auch alle super geil aufgezogen sind
It's weird, A year back Andy wasn't having any issues passing at all when they played internationally. They won against the Vikings and got medals at other elite 16s then All the sudden Andy has started having a really rough time passing the ball, it's honestly kind of weird.
Already won gold at FIVB Elite 16 Gstaad, silver at FIVB Elite 16 Montreal, bronze at FIVB Elite 16 Ostrava, a fourth at FIVB Challenger Saquarema, and a fifth at FIVB Challenger Itapema. So 🤷🏻♀️
😍🤩🤩 Congrats to Never Trevor to Forever Trevor with Theo. I love the Realtalk of Theo "Trevor wants me dumped after not qualifying for Olympics." But Tri doesn't want him back! 🤣😂 🤣 And Winning Manhattan is their Redemption😍👍🍾🥃
I'm not a fan of the refs RIGHT AWAY telling the athletes to "stop" when they are arguing about a call. They should be allowed to discuss for a moment because refs can make mistakes too or maybe they want more clarity. But also given some patients as it is hard to be fully "calm" in the moment when you are giving it your all to compete. I've been seeing refs instantly do that more and more and it's frustrating to see but granted is sometimes necessary if the players continue to disrupt the flow.
Benesh passing is the reason they lost. Trevour played well but jeez benesh passing was pretty bad only reason it wasn’t worse was cuz he was playing with a lefty if he was playing with a righty that 2 ball would not have saved him
It’s all about points for the Olympics, and it cost a lot to do FIVB tourneys since zero are held in the US so it is always expensive to travel. Listen to sandcast podcast they talk about the issues there

Thanks for posting the vod!

love the quality of this video. please keep streaming for future tournaments
I hope we get the women’s final soon too!!! 🎉🎉🎉
Me too!
Looking forward to that one as well!
Thank you for putting the replays up ❤

Thank you for posting! You all are CRUSHING the coverage and access for the AVP this year. Love it!

Unique? Google Swedish beach pair. They just won Paris Olympics not to mention plenty of other tournaments
@@pasha_che what Andy and Miles are doing at the moment is an insult to the Swedish system though haha..
Great game! Thanks so much for sharing!!!!! Love this sport!!
Trevor is the most underrated player on tour.. he might actually be the best all round player ❤
It’s 2024 wish there was a way to watch live or right after. It’s Tuesday Already know who won. Bummer
right?? so disappointing

Brunner has really improved his offense and it's great to see. Theo and Trevor are cooking 🍳 Announcers were excellent 👌
Does anyone know if/when the women's final match will be posted???
When is the women's Final going to be up?
Good game.
hes unstoppable

what in the world is with these sky high passes
I was hoping Trev/Theo would be USA2 for Paris and was bummed when they didn't make it. But winning MBO makes up for it.
what's with the blaring techno music at 31:30 that lasts for 5 minutes? was that actually live? that's terrible if so
Agreed. As a player, I always found this so distracting. I once stepped off the court to ask the organizers to turn that down.
00:30 always hate it when that happens
Ref calling them Tight

Partain won't be able to win at the international level until Benesh learns to pass more consistently. He is a liability with his passing.

That’s not the reason why they lost against this matchup
@@pambrown1591 You're leaving lots of tournaments out - the ones where Andy's passing was inconsistent and they got rolled.
@@3411Chad give me a break. That’s an impressive international resume. They’re currently ranked 11 in the world.
@@3411Chad and the point is that they’ve already won at the international level so the original statement is false.
The best part of this match was when the commentator's microphones were off
Trevor played extremely well. The serving from both teams though... like it was a sideout drill or something like that. Just weak lollipops all day.

Let’s not forget they played a 3-setter semi final just before this.

Partain's elbow has to be giving him a lot of grief. He does not look the player he was last year at all, particularly with his serve and spiking.

Why isn't USA sending their best beach volleyball players to the Olympics????? 💀💀💀💀💀💀
They are, Benesh and Partain were considered the better team a few months ago. Many still do.

i rlly thought a crabb would be in the olympics

Trevor looks miserable. He needs to loosen up and have fun (and be a good sport).
locked in
Does she get paid by the word?
This is unwatchable for anyone who played pre-2000. Throws, net servers, poor ball control, float serves, rally scoring, shorter court, hit on 2. Yuk.
Dunks used to be illegal in basketball, too 😉
ok boomer
I was surprised the ref called it at 16:51 and now read your comment lol.
The drama continues to unfold
