Watches half the video, I think to myself "Wow that's easy to pull off", jumps on to a matchmaking game with a few other, get SMASHED. I quit the game watch the rest, I think to myself again, "Maybe they're just lucky", goes on to another matchmaking without my friends, I lose again.

pro teams have code words for spots on the map. At lans or other event, u cant callout the regular names. at 1:38 they were 2 at Catwalk, istead they say gandalf so the enemy team has no clue if they know where they are. etc

Not sure what you want subtitled. They're pretty much just calling out where the other players are. And even if they used subtitles you probably wouldn't understand what they meant anyways because they use weird call out words.
