You have to look at it both ways. What if Gotti sr had a podcast and we were hearing the story through his words. So I guess it's who's story ya believe. For all we know Sammy could be a liar. Only him and Gotti and the inner circle know who's telling the truth. He does tell a damn good story. Is it a story?? Or is it truth God only knows.

The last part of this video is so raw. Sammy is is laying out the kind of weasel that Gotti was and how it impacted his decisions going forward. If everyone doesn't realize it yet, Sammy is the real deal. That is what makes these videos so great. Kudos to Sammy and his team for the quality of what we see each week. Thanks for sharing.
@@jillliachris What was scumbag Gotti going to gain by cooperating with the feds? The feds had the top of the flow chart dead to rights. They were going to cut the Teflon Don some slack, for the sake of hooking some smaller fishes?
@Centurion he cooperated because he didn’t want to die in prison. Lol it’s that simple. Convenient timing to decide “ the life” was over or bs. Not when he was murdering lifelong friends or killing and dismembering his wife’s brother??? Nope it was still honorable and noble ??( it never was) It’s when he was facing dying in prison. Convenient timing
@Centurion ask his wife how she feel about it. It’s not about his brother in law behavior. It’s about Gravanos. Murdering best friends, your wife’s little brother , then cutting him into pieces.all part of the life. Right???? But going to jail or prison isn’t???? Yeah we all know Gravanos version of the story. He had no choice. Of course he did. Just like he had a choice to cooperate or not. In for a penny in for a pound. Since your giving reasons for Gravano murdering and dismembering his wife’s brother, I’ll give you one I heard. Sammy is bisexual and the brother in law knew. Whatever the reason , he has a choice.

Sammy is so genuine in the way he's telling these stories. The hurt and anger is still affecting him in my opinion. His passion is so real when reliving these details. Just really the best podcasts on UA-cam today. Has everything
he was really in that world...and was devout to that temple/god/church/thing.....its a mourning that you can not get over if you really felt it like people when they leave a cult.
I'm 40 years old, I grew up in Sydney Australia, I been through two wars, I been shot 3 times and I did 14 years jail. My point is I lived that life. I hate rats and I can honestly say if John or anyone else did that to me I would do exactly what Sammy did. Once you are betrayed after you have been loyal for so long, It breaks you, I've been their. I didn't cooperate but it was different circumstances. If I was in Sammy's situation I would have done the same thing. You want to put me in a situation where I'm going to lose my life then you best believe I'm coming for yours. Its as simple a that. I've seen a lot and heard a lot over the years and rarely am I impressed by someone else's story. But you Sammy are something else. I wish one day I have the honor of meeting you. Much respect.
Holy crap that was dam amazing, the end really was powerful. I would love to sit in the room once while Sammy is telling a story. This one you felt like you were there.

@@uuuuuggggg yup I’m slow 😂very slow. Lol. But I still have critical thinking skills and a touch of common sense. Oh I can read too. That’s how I know what are facts and what are opinions. Lol. Unlike 99% of Sammy subscribers, I’ve been reading about and interested in OC since the 80 s. My first exposure to Gotti and Gravano isn’t Sammys UA-cam channel. That’s how I know about the RICO law and what the actual facts of the case were. There are plenty of resources online. Mobfax UA-cam channel. CosaNostra News website and dozens of others. Not to mention the hundreds of books written and documentaries ect. Thats why when people comment Gotti wanted to be a celebrity or Sammy never was caught on wiretaps or if they admit he did, he didn’t say anything incriminating are ridiculous. See the difference “ Gotti loved the limelight “ is an opinion. Gravano was caught on wiretaps twice in his life is a fact. Facts
@@uuuuuggggg Sammy incriminated himself with his own mouth and LCN has been part of popular culture in this country since it started. Every mob boss was a celebrity whether they liked it or not. Plenty of videos online of Chin , Gambino, Anastasia, Colombo , Bonanno, it goes on and on. But Gotti put it “ on front street”. Sure he did, if you ignore the last 20,30 years of Movies( Godfather was a big one ) books, congressional hearings , news reported ect 😂😂😂yup. It was all Gotti 😂

Always great, but that finish was powerful. Sammy was laying it down, and I wanted to hear the whole conversation. Hope we get the full thing next time.
I’m fascinated by this life because it reminds me of some things but Sammy is one of the fortunate ones who get to tell the story. Just imagine the memories running through his head during these podcasts, it’s gotta be exhilarating. Wow
This channel is one of a few things in my life I truly look forward to and genuinely cherish..... These stories are like no other.... Thanks Sammy for sharing your life stories to all of us weird fans of "The Life"...
“He didn’t want to go to prison” John had spent loads of time In and out of prison buy then but you (Sammy) hadn’t been in prison at all not even a few days so I don’t get that I think it’s the other way round tbh
Ruggerio/ Castellano and many others all get caught on wiretaps.. you’d think Gotti wouldn’t talk about shi7 unless he’s in the middle of no where he 100% knows there’s no wiretaps. Such a rookie move especially by a BOSS.
Whoever is producing this podcast really needs to get the timeline down and stop repeating stuff we’ve already heard in the first few episodes. It’s frustrating when a new episode drops and you hear 20 minutes of Sammy just repeating the same story about being on the lam then coming to Mulberry St. to get busted. I’ve heard that same audio 3-4 times on this channel. I mean, yeah it’s interesting. I wanna hear it. I don’t wanna hear it repeatedly as if it’s new.
Only part of this story has been told before on other episodes. But I think the problem is that early on he was bouncing around from young to old in the story telling, like this is Goodfellas or some shit. By season 2, I think, is when he tightens up and sticks to a chronological order.
It seems the common denominator in the retelling of same stories from other videos is that this is specifically a money making venture at this point- everyone is interested and going to listen and know they are racking up views and counting the profits- look forward to Friday’s but disappointed we are at point of repacking stories just for clicks and cash. We learned nothing new today with the exception that Sammy was un-cuffed during ride and FBI agent took his cash and jewelry to give to his wife. The series has plateaued at best and at worst, a captive audience is being manipulated so Sammy can make additional $. The scripted series with outside actors seems like it could be simply a boondoggle- Marky Mark playing Sammy has snooze fest written all over it. The early stories were riveting but Friday’s have been a let down to be honest.
@@MC-td5ht - No, man we’ve even heard the uncuffing and giving jewelry/money to the agents thing before. I’ve heard ALL this except for the back and forth with the interviewer at the end about how long it took him to start hating Gotti.

@@amiraclesproductions1206 thats a true statement. Trump at least tried to do what he said he was going to do. this idiot biden doesnt even know what day of the week it is. its embarrassing our country. i cant beleive that many people voted for him. Hes been shot for years
Sammy cooperated because he didn’t like prison. It only took 11 months ( his longest bid) and the FBI Agents went directly to Sammy to cooperate because they considered him the weak link. Which he was.
If Gotti had behaved like Mr. Gambino.... maybe this would have been a problem, maybe not.
Mr Gravano - a man of honor. Much respect for sharing your life
Yeah i was waiting for hours. Thanks from france mr Gravano. Hope youre doing well. We need more stories!!
Its incredible the devotion Sammy had for John n the family. Only to be thrown away by the very person he perfected.
Great video
What a life to live

Can't wait for season 5. Love him or hate him, the man is a epic story teller.

Just wanted to say i look forward to this all week. Love you Sammy
Thank you Mr. Gravano and your team for these 4 seasons, of "Our Thing"! Every episode of every season was tremendous! I have a feeling Season 5 will be the best one yet! Salude⚔️
Wow!! As always thank you very much for sharing your story. What an incredible look into the personal feelings involved. The pain of betrayal is universal, it hurts when trusted friends and family put a knife in your back! So glad to get to be a part of your channel!! Honored Sammy. I’m from upstate NY . I live really close to names you would know that still exist in the area! Would love to hear any stories you have about the Catskills, upstate NY still the home of active members of a society many think doesn’t exist any longer. There wrong. Thanks again! Take care, stay safe and healthy!
Every time these podcast drop I’m on the edge of my seat lol
The bull came out of you Sammy! Holding back for all those years. Thank you for taking us back in time all the time.
great story as always for final episode stay safe there hopefully season 5 is good also
OMG Sammy I cannot believe this.. can't wait for the next part
He has a really captivating story it really pulls you in the way he tells it its like you are there as its happening i love it

@@cockyplopsnigga Good comment Gotti should never have been boss as he never knew what Costa Nostra I wish Sammy done him inthe cell
@@johngallacher4520 Yup. Sammy should have been boss. Then he could’ve been the first boss to cooperate not Joe Massino
I would have Sammy and Gotti go a strainer or a spare go as its called I'm Glasgow Who do you think would have been under the bed?
You can feel the betrayal that Sammy experienced, 2nd best episode in a row! Enjoy the time off and look forward to season 5!
which one is no 1 for u?
You have to look at it both ways. What if Gotti sr had a podcast and we were hearing the story through his words. So I guess it's who's story ya believe. For all we know Sammy could be a liar. Only him and Gotti and the inner circle know who's telling the truth. He does tell a damn good story. Is it a story?? Or is it truth God only knows.
@@anakinskywalker4459 the tapes pretty much tell you. I truly believe when Sammy heard those tapes it broke his heart and shook it into reality. When I heard the tapes I couldn’t believe it either because those two were close.
@@RZ-sh6yi I think Gotti was blowing off steam. Don't think he meant anything by it. But I could be wrong. Nobody will ever truly know
What betrayal????
Sammy's a great storyteller. Yous be hard pressed to find better. This will be interesting to ppl 100 years from now.
I'm curious as to what you think society will be in 100 years.
Really think society will be functional enough for that in 100 years?
Lolololol want the actual fuck are you talking about
Its interesting to me now pete..
Oh it's Friday.... absolutely fantastic! Thank You.
Gravano told Dianne Sawyer he cooperated because Gotti didn’t apologize to him. 😂😂😂😂😂
But the “weasel “ did his time , kept his mouth shut and didn’t cooperate against dozens of “ friends “ 😂
So glad we’re getting these stories & that Sammy has a chance to put them out like this. So many gems and stories we didn’t know about.
You can’t miss one of these by far this is the best one yet in my opinion incredible
The two episodes together about the Johnny Keys murder is the best for me.
Oooweeee it’s like I think this podcast episode I knew most of this part of the story from some of your other videos and then BAM I’m totally wrong and you tell us more of how it went down. Can’t wait for season 5! I do miss the mid week posts so much! Once a week isn’t enough! Great work!
What a fuckin cliffhanger. The raw rage he still has for Gotti. You can feel it.
Can't wait for the next season. Don't keep us waiting to long Sammy. To your great health and see ya soon.
I feel what Sammy did was justified. He had a blabber mouth boss that was wanting him killed. That ended the agreement.
I wish there wasn’t so much time between posts, I look forward to seeing you Sammy!!!
Wait for this every Friday !!! Now since this is the finale maybe he’ll start dropping videos telling different stories like he does

Wow! Great vid, and that last bit, the raw & unedited section, was absolutely savage!
I can’t wait to hear about those eleven months.
When does Season 5 begin?!?
That ending was the best few minutes ever up loaded to youtube...the honesty and passion are like no other
I would love to see a television series done from Sammy’s point of view.
Also, I would appreciate hearing more interactions with Tommy karate pintera.
He wrote a book called the underboss and also did a news interview maybe on the show 60mins . I’m sure u can google the interview.

Sammy is on the same wiretaps. Gotti wasn’t talking to himself
@@jillliachris you missing the whole part of the ravenite and celebrity and why its all like that...you slow?
Facts
@@uuuuuggggg ughhhhhhis right😂
@@uuuuuggggg Sammy incriminated himself with his own mouth and LCN has been part of popular culture in this country since it started.
Yay new episode feel like this one came quick!.... whoooopp!!
Sammy, I'm on the edge of my fucking seat for season 5 bro. I think i'm gonna start from the begining and watch the whole series again just to have it all fresh in my mind for season 5. As a native born Arizonan Im proud as fuck that you chose our state to reside in.
I really hate how quick these go by really looking forward to the next 1
Holy shit when he talks about one more … I totally agree Sammy
I’m 42 years old. I’ve been in the streets since I was 10 years old & by no means am I the biggest gangster in the world but I’ve seen a lot of shit and when Sammy says “1 more body, his body what’s the fucking difference“ that gave me goosebumps. Wow this is an amazing channel, great job.
Wow
i’m not a made man but from my understanding what john did was not “cosa nostra”
You are the best bro. When I was little my father used to talk about you guys all the time
This channel is one of a few things in my life I truly look forward to and genuinely cherish..... These stories are like no other.... Thanks Sammy for sharing your life stories to all of us weird fans of "The Life"...
Brilliant
Ah Sammy this great. I look forward to these so much. Thank you Sammy
“He didn’t want to go to prison” John had spent loads of time In and out of prison buy then but you (Sammy) hadn’t been in prison at all not even a few days so I don’t get that I think it’s the other way round tbh
This is honestly the best channel on UA-cam!!! I love these stories
Ruggerio/ Castellano and many others all get caught on wiretaps.. you’d think Gotti wouldn’t talk about shi7 unless he’s in the middle of no where he 100% knows there’s no wiretaps. Such a rookie move especially by a BOSS.
Great season Sammy!! Can’t wait for season 5!! Love u ❤️
Thank you I knew I wasn’t going crazy I know I heard this story multiple times
Great stories but I just heard them before at least 3 times
Another season knocked out of the park. Said it before and I say it again, best content on youtube. This should be a 5 season HBO series.

Great fucking season bro. Can't wait for season 5. One thing is very true Sammy, everyone loves you when you're down but when you shine even a little bit jealousy and envy pokes it's ugly head up. John broke another aspect of Omerta right there! Once a piece of work was done, it was never to be spoken of again. Like Sonny Franzese taught Michael.
