Hey, I think only sequence of chapters are different and some exercises. Both covers all necessary grammar topics. You can download the e-book from the description section and compare.

I don’t have it, unfortunately. French complete grammar by annie Hamminway has answers at the back of the book, just in case you plan to use that one.
