Sorry for your loss, Fareed.
Beautiful eulogy.
She must be proud.
Mr. Zakaria...you would make ANY mother proud. My heart breaks for you, actually for all of India.
We love you Fareed. This love letter, on this Mother’s Day is a tribute to all mothers. Mahalo from Hawaii.
I said a prayer for you today…
And know God must have heard
I felt the answer in my heart….
Although HE spoke not a word.
I didn’t ask for wealth or fame…
I knew you wouldn’t mind.
I asked Him to send treasures…
Of a far more lasting kind.
I prayed that He’d be near you…
At the start of each new day
To grant you health and blessings….
And friends to share your way.
I asked for happiness for you…
In all things great and small
But it was for His loving care…
I prayed the most of all.

@Drew P. Balzak Perhaps you aren't familiar with the word Amen. It's derived from Hebrew and means truth, certainty, it is so. There is no gender involved. So perhaps you might want to be a bit less harsh, especially if you are unaware of what the other person was actually saying. Take it from this 73-year-old grandmother, kindness is so much better.
