Me and the wife just came back from there today. It was niiice! after we checked in, we hit the Food Lion about 18 to 20 minutes away to grab a couple things, and remained at the cabin the rest of the weekend. The weather was perfect. For those who don't like bugs, cover up in pants and long sleeves. Bring hiking boots or shoes for the rocky and uneven grounds too.
I just came back from the Getaway in Talladega Valley (Alabama) and wanted to see what some of the other locations looked like. This is definitely the most realistic video I've seen and I watched A LOT of videos to know what to expect/what to bring. This location looks a lot more "worn in" than the one I visited...assuming it's much older/just gets more guests. Appreciate your commentary! I know the video is older, but was curious if you could tell other dogs has previously stayed there? Like..smell wise? Considering bringing the pup with next time.
Thank you for showing the cabin. Also what I will need to bring. 😂My husband and I are planning to go with our fur babies and were looking for reviews. 🙏🏽
Hey!! You’re welcome!! It honestly depends on the season and location but I believe this was $149 per night. Also if you bring a fur baby it is an additional $40 per night. It was such an amazing time. So much peace. 💫

Tbank you for sharing. Is there wifi or cell reception?
No wifi and little to no cell service.
So sorry for the late reply. Yes cell service but no wifi! There is a lock box for your phone so that you can really unwind and detach!
Checking this out this weekend and I was concerned about the heating element
The heating in here works amazing. No worries there.
Did you have to go up into the mountains to get there??
Some of but not really. You don’t need 4 wheel drive.
@@BeauteeInAllOkay awesome. Thank you for responding!!
Oh yeah, the grey bucket is for dog poop.
