    Hello! A fan from America here. I really love your content. Indian conditioning/exercises are a lot of fun and really engaging. I would like to make a 30 day workout plan incorporating them but I’m having trouble with it.
    Gonna keep checking out your older content. But if you or anyone has any thoughts/suggestions for juggling workouts I would very much appreciate it!

    Any tips on how to deal with cracking sound and pain while doing Hindu squats( proper strict form) but no pain or sound on normal squats?

    Exactly i get confuse whether i have to do a lunge or hanuman baitak when i am holding mugdar..
    It's a mind game too! 🤩

    Please help even after doing proper warm up & stretches and doing proper form My lower back hurts ( i dont do at high speed) my knee is cracking also feel slightly pain did xray found totalky healthy please look in to this matter

    ഈ കോൽ കിട്ടാത്തത് കൊണ്ട് dumbel വെച്ച് ചെയ്താൽ ഒക്കെ ആവില്ലേ ചിലപ്പോൾ ഇതിൽ കിട്ടുന്ന റിസൾട്ട്‌ കിട്ടില്ലായിരിക്കും കാരണം ബാലൻസിങ് ഇഷ്യൂ ഇല്ലാലോ ഡിബലിൽ ബാലൻസ് ചെയ്യാൻ എളുപ്പം ആയിരിക്കയില്ലെ

      Maybe...Desi approach different ho sakti Hai...like...overall core strength work...that may involve arms and legs as well...✌️
