That was a great video. She's a mysterious woodswoman.. I'm hoping it's a series.. part 2 the story continues with her hunting.. part 3 is her setting up a shelter.. so on and so on.
Nice Dave. Another level buddy.
Absolutely love mine!!!!!!
This ad is great and looks like the place where I live
I love my canteen cook set, the best 👌 👍
I like it and I like the fact that it's shaped like the old military set-up I've used for decades. It's like a military set on steroids. Gonna have to get one.
Awesome commercial
I love my canteen set use it all the time!
Not a whole lot of the things that are commercial products have interest in me from what I have seen in your videos, but this one I really like.
Question, on the new(er) model SS jelly bean canteens are the lids cross compatible with the standard 32oz SS bottles?
That was an awesome video
Does anyone know whether the Keith canteen fits (and I mean fits well) inside the PF canteen cup?
Is that the bag that comes with the kit??
It's a near perfect set. Only thing is when using a trangia I prefer to be able to put the lid on it without having to take everything else off first and the opening for this stove is just too small for that.
I have the Campfire Survival Cooking Kit, which has the canteen and stove. I have the original alcohol stove though. I need to upgrade. As a matter of fact, while I'm thinking about it, I'll go do that now. Cool video.
🥓🥓🥓🥓
Who's wife is this now.
Since most don’t use that shape canteen it’s not useful to use a drinking vessel in that shape anymore.
I quit buying their outdoor cooking gear when, after years of loyal support buying around $400 of just their cooking gear, they refuse to sell me a standard 32 ounce SS water bottle. I have bought three of them in the past. The only way they will sell me one now is if I buy and entire kit. And i _already have_ everything in the kit _except for the bottle_ . < smh > Can't tell me you don't have any because you sell them in the kit. Things have gotten strange there over the last couple of years. I'll sit down soon and make a list of all the SRO and PF gear I own . . . probably a third of which they don't even sell anymore . . . ( _still wear my 6 green thermal undershirts all the time_ ) and see exactly how much I have spent supporting Dave's store alone, _not including his affiliates whom I have supported as well_ ( BHB, CC, TGBGB ). You quit supporting me and I quit supporting you. Ain't hating. Ain't mad. Just taking the cue that it's time to support someone else . . . someone who doesn't give "thank you" lip service, but _actually_ supports you with basic service as a thank you _for paying for it_ . There are numerous channels and stores from whom I can buy equally good gear at equally good prices or better. It is just an empty feeling to part after over a decade of giving to the cause by overlooking the gear that didn't hold up ( _the scales on my Mountain Lion cracked after less than a year - but thankfully the PFKS replaced them with micarta ones_ ) and cheerleading for the gear that has been incredibly exceptional ( _my queen sized wool blanket still gets used a dozen times a year, my squirrel cooker set has been envied by many, my other knives, saws, axes, tarps, compasses, ponhos, Swagman, shemaghs, booksets, etc._ .) I've been loyal, true, and mistakenly thought I was part of a community that looked out for each other. Now it feels like I was a part of a community of Marks. But I don't act on feelings. I act on the facts and they are clear. So i kick emotion to the curb and move on. If you're buying this set, you'll likely get good use out of it. The only issue I have ever had with their SS gear is the lid on the 32 oz. bottle. Never had one that didn't leak within a year.
I've had a SS and Titanium bottles over a year. My family and I distill all of our drinking water and they are in daily use, and then occasional use specifically for outdoors.
No leaks.
Marra, tomorrow is another day. Have at it with a rejuvenated spirit.
Ohhh C’mon, you gotta show the lips getting singed off!!
sometimes the kit speaks for itself. BRAVO! :D
