As a danish person (ie. not natively english speaking), me and my 3-year old thoroughly enjoyed this game for a few mornings before the grind began. The humor may not be for children, but the delightful graphics certainly are. One of the funniest games I've ever enjoyed. Will definitely replay it more than once.
Can't wait to play this with my pal. I'm Scottish but my family is all from Yorkshire so it's ultra appealing to start with, it's looks very jolly. Thanks for the review as always!
I just finished Tiny Terry - that was only a couple hours long but I was compelled to complete it 100% because of the funny writing and laid back gaming. This looks like it'll scratch that same itch and I have a feeling I'll love it. Thank you Eurogamer for telling me about this one!
The silly premise and visual style had my attention when this was first announced. Despite the short run time, I feel that quality over quantity applies here. I think I'll be picking it and giving it a go sometime. Thanks for the review.
This game was made by two of my friends from School. Very proud of them! Haven't had the chance to play yet but I'm sure it will be amazing. Big up Will and James ♥️
This is something quite unique in modern gaming and if you’re British (and from the north) like I am the humour will be particularly appealing. The game is very slight in terms of challenge and length but it’s quirky and hilarious all the way through. Given my age I can remember old games in the 80s that had a similar feel (Pyjamarama for example) but nothing in modern times.
I've played the game demo version and it was an unique experience. I never played another game like it, where you can take a break and play something that will provide you funny moments with absurd situations and simple mechanics. This kind of game reinforces that you don't need to have realistic graphics and huge investment to make a great game. Congratulations, Coal Supper!
I love the animation and preordered it based on the looks of it. I don’t mind short games, probably better that it’s not so long that it becomes convoluted.
The people who made this game are from my town. Happy to be a translator for my American cousins. I've a PHD in the Barnsley language.
What am I like?
As a brit I love the humour and atmosphere in this game. 😁
So glad to hear! 😊

Were you expecting Dr. Who to appear in an 80s yorkshire setting? 😅

Sounds like this will be a good one for you!
This game feels like a British Katamari Damacy in terms of humor.
God I would love a British katamari damacy
As a Northern Monkey ( someone from north of England) this looks bloody brilliant. Definitely going to give it a play 👍🏻
I knew it was a must buy after that first trailer.
