MORMONS, THERE IS NO BAPTISM FOR THE DEAD. Scripture is very clear in stating that this life is the only chance we get. Once we die, our fate is sealed: HEBREWS 9:27 "It is appointed for men to die once, and after that comes judgement..." There are "no second chances" after death.
The Jews were mistaken about Christ because instead of a warrior who would come destroy their enemies and free them they got a lamb. In our day, we LDS gentiles are expecting a lamb, but instead will get a warrior that will offend us and thereby most will reject the Lord and his true servant. The idea that violence is not coming to the gentiles is ludicrous. So it's only the House of Israel that gets to experience being scattered, smitten, and trodden under foot of the gentiles via mass death and displacement, but when the shoe is on the other foot we gentiles get a slap on the wrist? Crazy. Why on earth are the gentile houses and cities desolate? It's because they are wiped out, just as the Nephites and Jaredites were.
MORMONS, NO RESTORATION IS NEEDED. Because Jesus already has established His Church. MATTHEW 16:18 "And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against it..." ALSO JUDE 3 "While I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints..." Jesus already has established His Church and built it on a rock so the gates of Hell shall not prevail against. Also the faith was ONCE and for all already delivered to the saints. No mention of any Mormon restoration in the past, present, or future.
