I think there's no landmark damage synergy because there's only 4 landmarks that deal damage : Time Bomb, Blighted Ravine, Scrappy Bomb, and Crimson Banquet Hall. That being said, a card that increases time bomb damage specifically would probably be thematically fine, if slightly too strong.

yeah this is due to the temporary space outside the board while a sigil gets consumed for boadir. unfortunately this is not a bug but intended to work that way

Random deck: Bandlecity kayle Xoolani. I've played it a bit and yordles and faes can easily buff their own subtype, so focus on one of them. I haven't figured out which is better but I'm leaning toward faes because theres so many ways of buffing owlcats attack.

So I have to say since rite of passage states get a copy of an allied landmark that has been destroyed you getting enemy destroyed landmarks as options is definitely a bug since riot has not changed the cards text which a lot of people forget or don't know they can do it via an update.
While predicting or something like that you just open the card (press and hold on mobile, I think it's right-click on PC but idk I don't play on PC) and you can see if it has puffcaps on the modifiers on the left
You should do a challenge where you open a chest and if you get a card that you dont have you play Seraphine
