thats not true. In Morocco a muslim cant leave islam and convert to another religion. Yes there are some churches but they are for "foreigners", a residual remember from colonial time. In public school you must to learn islam its mandatory . If you dont want it you have to go to a private school(french,spanish,american...). There is not freedom of choice.Ramadan is also mandatory by law for every muslim you can not choice if you dont want to fast.There is not separation between mosque and law. Youy cant do whatever you want. I think you dont understand what freedom is.

This is why there are madrasa to teach Muslim children true Islam. The once who haven’t got them misunderstand Islam due to news and media spreading misinterpreted information or fake news.
I always say BLAME THE CULTURE NOT THE RELIGION.. Not talking about ISLAM in particular but all religions.. Everybody has their own choices and freedom..
