I was on vacation in Hawaii two years ago and one afternoon a pigeon came and landed on my balcony. He came over and sat beside me and we spent a few hours just chilin' out. Every afternoon from then on this bird would come over, sit on me, and we'd eat a sandwich together. Very cool experience.

All birds are very emotional creatures. Once they sense that about you, they return the love 10 fold back. I have raised birds from an egg, some don't even know they are birds. Just the best! You have a great one here!💜

'when some little being cares about you that much it's really touching'....... Beautiful and so true which is why we are all here. Birds and animals are sentient beings and if we take them away from their flocks, herds and packs they need and deserve our care and protection. And if we are not prepared to give that to them for their whole lives and commit to top quality care, food, vets fee's et al., than we do not deserve them and should not buy, adopt or whatever. A lot of people should stick to cuddly toys Thank you and all at The Dodo of course!
I love pigeons. I do not understand why people harm them? For example in spain, these people kill this adorable persons. I hate this kind of people. Go vegan
Then the reason must be overpopulation. Pigeons can scare away other birds for food which leads to their population getting lower. So lowering down the population helps the environment
the reason is fascism inquisition I am born in Spain raised there, I am historian too, and politics always consist on seeking a scapegoat to put masses together in order not to kill among thermselves they kill innocent people or pigeons believe Spain is like Hard Target with van Damme but updown
Wen I was a kid we had a band of pigeons, a couple of ducks, a herd goats, a heard of rabbit, a dog and a pair of domesticated crows. Life was so much fun.

exactly this is absolutely true i had rescued one like this he was guard angel not exaggerating thanks
I don't know it's really God's decision or not but I have saved nearly 20 pigeon from getting killed for people's meal... I hope everyone will come to know that if we can live as we please.. Every animal or bird have that right too
I feed many birds on my back porch, and lately I've been getting a fair number of pigeons. They are, as all animals I expect, absolutely fascinating. I never knew about domestic pigeons, but I'm now going to look into adopting one. Thanks for this.

A lot of people should stick to cuddly toys
Thank you and all at The Dodo of course!
I love pigeons. I do not understand why people harm them? For example in spain, these people kill this adorable persons. I hate this kind of people. Go vegan
Either theres to much in them or for example in poor countries for food.
@@blancoj1793 but spain isn't poor (not reaaly)
It's not rare at all. There's too many tamed pigeons on earth
