Lester i pampered my kids but when they got in their 20's i realized that i created a problem because they are adults that expect others to do everything for them. I had to start laying down the line and make them learn to be more independent. i try to teach them things so when im gone they know how to do it. My 24 year old is now making car payments on a car she got all by herself , maintaining and keeping it legal. I even taught her how to change a tire. She's starting to cook now as well. When they were teenagers i taught them how to do laundry. This past weekend i showed them how to shut off the power to the main circuit because i had a electrical fire! So that taught me i have so much more to teach them. I have 3 girls 24- 36 years old. My point in saying all this is that sometimes you may need to tell your children that its time to man up. They have seeen your work ethic and LE is expected to have higher standards for the sanctuary and to follow in your shoes. I see Megan busting her behind everyday and she reminds me of how determined my girls are now since i began tough love. LE is lucky to have her. Tina making that comment she made on your live im sure caused alot of people to attack LE but what he said about its not his problem when it came to helping everyone else out rubbed everyone the wrong way. Im sure he helped out but like you said he doesnt film everything and nobody ever sees him actually doing anything so for the entire family to pull together to help each other out and he said what he did is hurtful. Not to mention if it were his home im sure he would expect others to help him. He needs to use the security cameras and do voice overs if he doesnt want to carry a phone and record everything. Not that he needs to prove anything to anyone. Id like to see him and you working together on repairing the barndominium in a video. ❤ Im just happy that all the babies know they are loved and theyre all safe. ❤

As I said to Jami, give yourself some grace. You both have worked so hard. Providing refuge for many of the animals from the hill was a full time job. No one should have any issue with you taking a day for yourselves to simply recharge. You both deserve it.
I think there could be another trapped animal over there. Saddie just keeps looking that way. Doing her protector job. She's a fluffy angel living her best life. Thank you for caring for animals.

For the times I was critical of anybody in your family I truly apologize, I should know better, there is a saying and It may be from the Bible but the tongue is hard to tame (texting fingers too) My Grandma had a saying too. Mine are in their 50’s. Both men but I am as protective of them as I was when they were little boys. Once a mom/dad always will be. Now don’t get me wrong, they are responsible for their actions but know I will love them no matter what and We’ll get thru it. After all the worry of rain, rivers and floods, people have to replace half their homes etc, really anyone would feel beat down, it's like the calm after the storm. “It’s a marathon, not a sprint.” A friend put this on my FB page in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. It helped me understand that time, patience and persistence would be needed in the recovery process. I think during this time, Lester, the teacher, is a better fit for LE and Megan than Lester, the parent. As teachers, planning was huge! We make a list of what needs to be done or what we want to accomplish. It involves setting goals, both short term and long term. Decide the time frame to accomplish these goals in weeks or months, and then break it down to what can be done day by day. Be flexible and consistent. Include holidays, special events and inclement weather days (snow days everywhere else). I don’t know if this helps, but it is turning on light bulbs over me personally right now. And don’t forget to rest and relax on the seventh day! You got this, friend!
Sadie loves her time with you in the RV and in the pastures, she's out there letting you know what's going on and she's got this! Proud she's important!! Believe your cows enjoy your morning check and talks!! There is a place for snakes but not around the animals. Hope recent rains are diluting the bad things in the ponds and grasses. We all want different weather when we've had the same weather for a long time. Everyone needs to take time to breathe, there will always be things to do.
Lester, I think as a parent, you always want to defend your child. There are so many people who just want to criticize instead of looking at the things that should be praised. I admire LE and Megan and think they are great young couple. They are just learning life’s ways and trying to do their best. My parenting philosophy was to choose your battles with care and praise all good things go easy on criticism. Tell LE & Megan to ignore those critical people and keep on doing their best .God rewards that . ❤️❤️🙏

You still have to maintain the JL so I wouldn't feel guilty mowing or doing any maintenance,just like you still have to maintain LL, I sure don't envy you all for I can imagine it's overwhelming and I know if all of us lived where we could assist you we would be there to help clean up those fences to get things back to normal.

And because he is shy and spiritual he is condemned and smeared and abused and people seem to delight in trying to drag him down and ruin him off the Sanctuary because he’s not Lester and does things differently to Lester. Awe, Ruby's little horns are already starting to change taking on the distinct look of a longhorn. I love her and little Dani. I cannot believe how very fast those two are growing up. Sadie is so devoted to those longhorns, and I find that to be so amazing to watch.

It is a difficult situation that people put you in and it is hard to not feel guilty when they are into your business and getting out of their lane. You and Jami do lots for everyone that we don't always see and do they take that into account no which they should. Keep up the great work that is you and Jami's priorities and don't feel guilty for it. Have your birthday meal and trip to Atwells it would be a pleasure trip and revive you again. One thing is for sure: we can accumulate tiredness but not rest. When you drove through Plum Grove in yesterday's video, I too thought it's overwhelming. Hopefully, you can get motivated by hiring help and go one step at a time. It's a marathon, not a race! 😊
#replay Loved the live this morning. All of the Morrows work hard, but Lester, no one works as long and hard as you and Jami. Just a little advice - help and guide LE and Megan, but don't do it for them (and don't feel guilty for not doing it all for them). Le Learns from watching and participating. They are doing a great job, but have never been through what you all have. Many love them and I am one of them.

LE and Megan are doing a great job. Everyone has to remember that ISS has a large part of the property on Morrow Hill. It's a LOT of fence line, lots of pastures, and a lot to clean up. It will happen, it's one day at a time, and you all have to have a break so that you CAN keep going!!

We live in a neighborhood surrounded by, woods. A few days ago, we had a rabid fox come out of the woods and bite a woman in her driveway. It managed to get away before anyone could get means to take care of it. It has been sighted a couple of times since, but not long enough to be taken care of. It's a bit worrisome.

It sounds like you have a plan to restore Plum Grove property. Maybe make a list so LE isn’t so overwhelmed. It will give him an idea of where to start. And as you said just set limits on what to do that day.

We all want different weather when we've had the same weather for a long time. Everyone needs to take time to breathe, there will always be things to do.
Lester, I think as a parent, you always want to defend your child. There are so many people who just want to criticize instead of looking at the things that should be praised. I admire LE and Megan and think they are great young couple. They are just learning life’s ways and trying to do their best. My parenting philosophy was to choose your battles with care and praise all good things go easy on criticism. Tell LE & Megan to ignore those critical people and keep on doing their best .God rewards that . ❤️❤️🙏

You still have to maintain the JL so I wouldn't feel guilty mowing or doing any maintenance,just like you still have to maintain LL, I sure don't envy you all for I can imagine it's overwhelming and I know if all of us lived where we could assist you we would be there to help clean up those fences to get things back to normal.

He just doesn’t video what he does all day every day like all the other creators!!! That doesn’t interest him. He only makes a video when something excites him or he is proud of one of his rescue animals achieving a milestone!!! Otherwise he’s in the background of someone else’s videos eg Megan or Lester. He has no desire to make videos going look at me!!! And because he is shy and spiritual he is condemned and smeared and abused and people seem to delight in trying to drag him down and ruin him off the Sanctuary because he’s not Lester and does things differently to Lester. Different yes but dam well nonetheless!!!! So get off his back!!! And that will help take away some of Lester’s stress!!!! 🙌🏻❤️❤️❤️

Awe, Ruby's little horns are already starting to change taking on the distinct look of a longhorn. I love her and little Dani. I cannot believe how very fast those two are growing up. Sadie is so devoted to those longhorns, and I find that to be so amazing to watch.

It is a difficult situation that people put you in and it is hard to not feel guilty when they are into your business and getting out of their lane. You and Jami do lots for everyone that we don't always see and do they take that into account no which they should. Just a little advice - help and guide LE and Megan, but don't do it for them (and don't feel guilty for not doing it all for them). Le Learns from watching and participating. They are doing a great job, but have never been through what you all have. Many love them and I am one of them.

I cant express well to say how much joy i get from seeing Danny and Ruby coming up for some love pets❤i just adore those 2 cows. I am truly sorry to hear about Le and Megans issues with people who are just stright up mean. My children are 32 and 21 and i know how it feels to want to protect your young adults children.❤. I pray that the kids can just roll with it and not let it all get them down. Hugs and prayers for our kids today. 🙏 im so very proud of mine as you are so proud of yours we are blessed. ❤

LE and Megan are doing a great job. Everyone has to remember that ISS has a large part of the property on Morrow Hill. It's a LOT of fence line, lots of pastures, and a lot to clean up. It will happen, it's one day at a time, and you all have to have a break so that you CAN keep going!!

Awww, you and Sadie look like you had a ruff night. All the work you have been doing is catching up with you for sure. You and Jamie might need a couples weekend away. To recharge both your batteries. Might be a gator in the pond,Sadies barking at. Paws dogs bark at the crocodiles when they come up on the banks.
We live in a neighborhood surrounded by, woods. A few days ago, we had a rabid fox come out of the woods and bite a woman in her driveway. It managed to get away before anyone could get means to take care of it. It has been sighted a couple of times since, but not long enough to be taken care of. It's a bit worrisome.

It sounds like you have a plan to restore Plum Grove property. Maybe make a list so LE isn’t so overwhelmed. It will give him an idea of where to start. And as you said just set limits on what to do that day.

Lester, when I was young girl our family an Eskimo spitz. She was the smartest dog I've ever seen. She was so beautiful.
