I love the idea of Noisette usually being a sweet and optimistic cinnamon roll, but once she gets pissed she becomes even more brutal and psycho than her boyfriend.
That would make sense
because of that comic, I'd imagine Noisette would fail to make any sort of attack, yet can't get damaged ether, making an impossible and annoying boss fight.

This would be an AMAZING secret boss, like just imagine you need to find something in a level, or multiple things, then you can go to the noisette cafe and give those things to her, making her present you with a challenge level, after which you beat it, she then challenges you herself, with this being the fight theme
Maby not fighting her persay her Cafe could be a arena with her taking moves from all the bosses like the knight pepper statue and vigilantes cow and air strike
I like the thought of unlocking her as a boss by asking for the menu in the cafe and one of the items is just labeled "Boss Fight."

How I'd imagine the noisette boss would start: noisette twirls around showing peppino the tip jar (like she does in the noisette cafe) but when peppino screams it causes the jar to shatter in her hands making her angry then the fight starts. Oughh i really want a noisette fight now (also amazing song btw)

I wish one day someone will do a mod either with Noisette as a boss (using this music of course, it's absolutely stunning and also I saw some concept arts for her as a boss) or either making her a playable character instead of Peppino/Noise (I saw and made some concept arts for her as a playable character and I believe she would be great to play with, despite her being more wacky in some aspects than The Noise himself lmao)

How I think this boss will go
Beginning:
Noisette being all cutesy, until you break her tip jar by slapping it, the she goes ballistic
Phase 1: she’s kinda like cutesy angry, using things like hammers, her rollers blade, peanut butter spaghetti (to make you stick to the ground for a little while) a spinning move,chairs from the cafe, and to damage her, wait until she slips and falls on her face
Phase 2: the cafe is ruined, and she is more than just ballistic then EVER, she is more ragged induced and using tons of furniture, weapon, and cafe food all at a fast pace, using her roller blades completely phase 2, the way you damage her is still the same as phase one
How the fight ends: noise gets so scared that he drags her out, vigi help out as well, as she was about to use a giant knife to cut you in half

now what if the fight was projectile chaos and noisette rained down things like pastries in confusing patterns to damage the player, with things like side bullets to jump over and weave in small gaps. she has a flying spinny minigun shooty attack that is like a reverse bullet cyclone (like touhou or bullet heaven). this fight could be champion version of the noise. and this would only get harder in phase 2.
NOW JUST LIKE PIZZAFACE THERE'S THREE PHASES!
in phase three it's just survive.
all the attacks amped up tenfold and adding new attacks like tip jar pieces flying around and probably something like stealing noises skateboard to do crazy tricks on to deal insane damage. if there was a buffed up boss rush that made all the bosses harder, this would replace the noise OR be at the very end of the boss rush

The multiplayer mod needs this. If you play as peppino and the noise, you fight noisette in the floor 3 boss.
This definitely sounds like the type of boss to need 2 people to defeat

and for Boss 4 Fake Peppino and Fake Noise (both fighting at time to time and at the persecution scene both fakes chase them as an amalgam of both combined)

Go to a secret room in Staff Only, and grab a shotgun

She will drag you into the Employee's Only room and the fight begins

Attacks:teleports around the arena like an anime character,after that,she does a random type of attack,from a flurry of punches,to her darting around like a pinball,in her second phase her arms become catoonishly beefy and she destroys the floor,now you have to jump from platform to platform as she does a flurry of attacks,after this there will be a window to attack her
you can't forget the radioactive dishes from Noisette Cafe.
I can already think of the gameplay.
A slightly harder noise fight but instead of the boss transitions being them brawling it’s just noise being wailed on. Also I think it be funny if the whole battle noise was nervous and scared for his life.

Yeah, but I feel like the Noise fight is the only one that gets a complete replacement. The others just get a reskin and a B-Sides remix of their boss theme. Pepperman would be green, Vigilante would have a golden hat, Noise would be replaced with Noisette (I was originally thinking of Doise, but i now realise that's stupid considering he's gonna replace Noise anyway), Fake Peppino would be melting, Pizza Face would have pineapple on him (lol) & Pizza HEAD would be a fusion of him and a bunch of enemies, which forms after he drops from Pizza Face.
Edit: Changed my mind, I've now concluded that the EX version of The Noise would be his twin brother, Mr Orange. Noisette would just be a boss by herself.

I have an idea for noisettes attacks, 1st,
She would throw a bunch of coffee mugs that would make you slip, and you would have to get to her without getting hit to hurt her, a mopping attack that would be kinda like noises skateboard but if the mug attack happend before it the coffee will be gone, a plate attack where she would get a balloon and drop plates on you, and theres a chance gerome will appear and attack you after mopping the floors, and another one where it summons 2 noise enemys.
i can just imagine that the noise has to dodge noisette in some way to not be caught
