    I think this video is more personal memories than informative 70/30 ratio, which made it long and unhelpful

      As it says in the description of my channel, this is a travel show, with useful info but also jokes and personal impressions. Given that you are watching FREE content on the internet, which cost me a lot of money and skill to make, I'd say your comment is rude and unhelpful. If information is what you are after, then there are other sources for you.

      No, you must purchase a special ticket at the entrance that includes only access to the observation deck. Otherwise, the price of the normal ticket for visiting the museum includes access to the observation deck.
