- An investigation by The Quint into two sets of data released by the Election Commission of India - first on voter turnout or the absolute number of votes polled on the EVMs and the second on the number of EVM votes counted in each constituency on the result day - has found discrepancies in 538 out of 542 Lok Sabha constituencies. In some constituencies, less votes were counted than the number of votes which were polled. In other constituencies, extra or surplus votes were counted.

All I need is the data of which party got the vote and at what time was the vote casted. And it will be enough for me to find exactly what votes are legit and what are fakes.

Because even if it's true the election results would be almost the same. Average vote margin across all constituencies was 1.6 lakh. The vote mismatch was 5.5 lakh. Even if you take the most improbable worst case scenario that all those votes were against bjp, only 3 seats could have their results affected. What about the rest of the seats? Would you consider those fair victories?

There are not just deficit votes, there is illicit voting. A famous personality in Andhra Pradesh Mr. K A PAUL(whom I follow and admire) complained about his number of votes he got. At a polling booth no.235 his family voted 22 votes for his prajasanti party, but he only got 4 votes. People are not believing him as he is little aggressive and speaks out of context. I truly believe his own Family members do not ditch him, it is just that ECI has gone completely corrupt.

The party was established during 2008-9, I have seen several of his family, party workers during media interactions.
- In 2019 elections he got 12k+ votes. This is the initial time he was introduced to the people of AP even though he was known as Evangelist.
- He worked so hard through these 4 years to why people should vote for him.
- In 2024 , he did not even get the same vote share he got in 2019 which means people were fools to believe him 2019 when he was just introduced. And after all these years of interacting with people he would have atleast got more than what his vote share was in 2019. I am not saying he would win, but this is not the expected result.
One thing where democracy is most broken happened the elections in 2024 and its not just one state several discrepancies across the country. I mean in the world of AI so descrepancies ??

They neéd to be satisfied thére after only we can conduct actual pole . In mock pole 50 + votes will be given and to be counted in front of agent . Even more stunning than this report ( which is NOT Jet Science ), is the fact that the Supreme court judges just ignored everything related to the EVM. Who can expect what enquiry and how. Similarly I was in total disbelief when the supreme court refused to even hear some petitions guiding the petitioner to go to the "Relevant Department" and complain. The apparent apathy shown by the supreme court is a national tragedy !

How can evm be hacked if it can't be connected to the internet? They are properly sealed by ECI so it cannot be tampered. Do you mean the ECI is doing all this?
@@Shr761 hacking via internet is the most common and cliche thing ever. Any fukin thing with a microprocessor or chip in it can be hacked. It's called kernel hacking. You can hack any hardware devices, be it EVM or even your tv remote, with kernel hacking with the help of an adrino.
The chip inside the evm can be manipulated in such a way such that whatever party icon you press on the evm, it will always go to only one party who's behind the exploit.

When ECI was aware that EVM were not functioning properly then why use EVM’s?
The New Normal operationalised under ECI, 2024:
1. Making sure that the polled voters in EVMs miss,
2. The votes not voted appear in the EVMs,
3. Some thousands of EVMs disappear/hidden, even before the actual elections 2024 began.
4. Mismatch between the number of votes in different times for each phase of election 2024.
All the above ensure that election result comes exactly as planned in advance, not according to the actual voting. Hence, why be surprised, and make hue and cry.
The ECI followed/follows very meticulously:
* Close the Eyes.
* Close the Ears.
* Close the South.
Mr. Modi was sworn in for a 3rd Term.
Mr. Chandra Babu will be sworn in today.
The governance will go on.
The quality of governance will not be the same as from 2014 to 2024 (May), because the voters ensured that there is a strong Opposition Party in the country. Please look into the issue of non issuance of ballot voting papers in Odisha. Many people hasn't received it.
This was a clean up prices by EC. Across the 15 assembly constituencies in Hyderabad district, 47,141 deceased voters, 439,801 relocated voters, and 54,259 duplicate voters have been removed, totalling 5,41,201, said the district election officer.
During the process, it was noted that numerous voters were listed with non-standard house numbers in the electoral rolls.

I think it is time India uses the units everyone else uses - millions, billions, trillions instead of the confusing units they use. Also, these are all probably normal and within margin of error statistically as a %. There were like 900million voters and about 640million cast votes and about 0.5million discarded. You realize that you are talking about elections and not manufacturing? Electronic voting machines were brought in, and ECI has argued, if you press A it registers A. No booth capturing what so ever. Even a single vote discrepancy should not be allowed as Indian constitution guarantee you vote. But, if you still can’t comprehend here is an analogy. We are a nation of 1.4 billion, constitution guarantees certain right like due process. Say you are wrongly accused and put on death row. We deny you due process, a grave error. But wait, whats the error rate? Should we even care about 1 in 1.4 billion?

Extra 2ab milta hai ke nahi milta hai?
There should be a print out taken from the Machine at the end of polling in the Form 17C format and that be given to the Polling agents with proper certfication. That should form the basis of Votes polled & to be counted on Voting day. Similarly at the start of polling another report showing all Mock Polls having been deleted should be taken out of the Machine. A running counter of Votes being polled should be visible from the Controller Machine and that Counter number shoukd match the data printed out as Form 17C. Dont know if its too much to ask for these reports from the machine ..

Formerly, copies of Form 17C used to be given to political parties, to compare with the number of votes in the counting tables.
SC should look after this mismatches.
Why all these messages coming after proceed
For mock poll it have to be polled in the presence of the all the polling agents and the polled slips have to be put in a black envelope and sealed. The control unit and VVPAT also have to be cleared and sealed in the presence of all the polling agents of all the candidates before commencement of the poll and the have to put their signature on the sealing tag and also after the poll.Stren actions such as suspension can be initiated against the presiding if the number of votes in form 17c and the votes polled in the control unit does not matched. To see that there are no discrepancies it is the duty of the Returning officer and he/she is solely responsible for lapses and answerable to any queries on those constitucies he/she given charge as Returning officer.If there are lapses such as mismatched in votes polled than the integrity of the Returning officer have been compromised and the ECI should initiate strict action against him/her.
