I'm a foundation junkie. there, I said it. I have way too many foundation for a normal person that doesn't have a channel or blog. I need to go through all of mine. I want to thank you for convincing me to give the Kevyn Aucoin another shot before I threw it out the window. I used the smallest amount possible and I got the coverage I wanted plus on my mature dry skin it was not heavy looking at all. It looked really nice. Love a declutter video!
I so agree! Never counted mine, but I am sure my collection is even bigger than Samanthas because I have the different ones in several shades - need to clean them out now! But then I have to try them all over again first, will take an entire weekend :-D
Same, girl. I love ❤️ foundations and trying them on. Sadly, my skin is crap because it’s dry but also breaks out. And don’t get me started on trying to get the right match. I am a natural red head so it’s just really hard to get something that even close to my tone. Considering I still don’t even know my undertone
I don't think it is silly to keep items around for reference, it is your job after all. But... if you are not actually using the items when referencing them I think you should feel free to discard them from your collection and just use a picture. If people are going to get upset about you not having a product to just hold in your hand THAT is what is silly.
I finally realized that I never reached for the Estée Lauder Double Wear because it didn’t have a pump. I know you can buy one separately but I always thought that if you’re going to sell a foundation for a hefty price tag, it should come with a pump. Anyway, I hope you get more use out of yours. Maybe if you get the pump it’ll get you to use it more? Great declutter!
I took a chance and tried the pumps from a few foundations I was decluttering, and FYI, the covergirl trublend pump fits perfectly. I also had a foundation from Stellar that was perfect. Or you can order them from Amazon very inexpensive. I use my El DW SO MUCH more often now that it has a pump!! ❤️

I run really oily-I’m not wearing much foundation because I have to wear a mask and face shield at work and there is zero possibility of not melting, but I’m paying close attention to the ones you are ditching because they are too matte or drying!
Have you tried the Estee Lauder DoubleWear?? Ive heard it stays on through masks. I have it, but I haven't been wearing foundation cuz my acne has been so bad, and ive been at home anyways so I just do my eyes now haha. And most days I'll use some bronzer, blush, and a little highlight, but I just don't like putting stuff on top of my acne so ive only worn foundation once since quarantine started

You don't have to apologize for keeping your own products! you bought them for whatever reason you wanted and you can keep them for whatever reason you want ... Plus it's your JOB.. you don't have to justify why you want to keep certain inventory 😆 Love your sweetness ! ❤️

Totally understand your keeping lots because it's your job. I am amazed how long it takes for me to go through foundation and nowadays, of course, barely wear it. Living in Israel and wanting to match in person really limits my options, too. MAC, ND and Estee Lauder are the staples.
The fact that you remember so much about every foundation, my brain could never. I did a foundation declutter recently on my channel and I kept... pretty much everything. Lol I need to retry all of them and actually pay attention 😂

I recently decluttered my expired makeup, mainly lip products. I had to throw away of 70% of my lip collection 😔 it does feel nice to have everything I can't use gone tho

Yeah the pump i bought was my best purchase ever. I've been through at least 6 bottles of that foundation and my pump is going strong
