In the Summer the WRRS Bell is dying in the Heat in the winter it gets weak but almost disconnected at the Crossing in the frost or the snow CSX needs report at W Jefferson Street this year to replace a new Ebell or check the mechanical bell to see it’s working properly because the WRRS bell is rusted out all over the place
