I have the following two errors on my Mitsubishi Wire EDM.. 1. (S01 SERVO ALARM :PR 009F U), 2. (MAINTAIN THE AT DEVICE). Any help will be appreciated.
What machine do you have? Have you crashed the machine? Maintain at device is just the machine telling you what sensor the wire got to and it has a limit.
does anybody know hoe many hours should be expected from my two main water filters? I seem to get about 40-50 hours from the cheap filter set and about 70 hours from genuine mitsubishi filters. The filters dont seem heavy when I replace the.
There are also companies that make filter baskets where you can change out the filter. Hoff engineering company is one I've used in the past and that can be cheaper alternative.
@@emmvee1678 thanks for the suggestion. I've saved my old filters as they seemed very light. I will shake them and even hook a vacuum to the port. I cut a lot of brass and copper and also tool steel. At least I have a few things to try
@@danneumann3274 I don't know how much more you'll get out of them having wired those materials. They're probably spent but it's worth a try. Just hold them at chest height, right side up, and drop them a couple times to shake the material off inside.
I work at an aerospace place, it's hard to get away with using a camera without getting fired. Let me know what you need and I'll try to answer with a video.
If you're in contact, the wire is touching the part, maybe a slug that has dropped. If it's contacting while it's cutting maybe try slowing feed down and make sure it has adequate flushing. Flushing is most important thing probably.
I just bought an mv 1200s It should be here in a few days. Thanks for this video
I could have used this video about 4.5 hours ago. The manual is a bit lacking. Thanks for the upload.

At maintain you can go to maintenance and at maintain, and clear each one. It's not significant.

What are you wiring? With Aluminum, you can let them dry out and drop them on the floor to shake the material off. Then they can go a bit longer.
