I dont know how people can hate Benny. He is a down to earth family guy, willing to fight anyone and doesnt cherry pick his opponents unlike Dustin who I'm not sure what he's trying to do.
Dustin keeps making a play to fight at ufc 300 which doesn’t make any sense to me. He doesn’t get ppv points because he doesn’t have a belt and he isn’t a draw. My only guess is that he thinks a win st ufc 300 will catapult him to a title.

I actually think Dustin can beat some of the upcoming contenders but the fact that he dodges them really makes you not wanna be a fan, considering that he's had the biggest fights, 2 conor fights and more money than most UFC champions make, he's basically just very very greedy, no other way around it.
Who goes to work to not make money?!? Greedy is harsh! The fact of the matter is he gets punched in the face to put food on the table and he thinks fighting down isnt an attractive option. Whenever dustin poirier says he wants fight that excite him, it just means that he refuses to fight any up and coming contenders and then he has the GALL to say that he wants a no.1 contender fight for a title shot, or even worse, that he should somehow just get a title shot. Like you're not conor buddy, relax. Benny is real great ambassador for the sport and what it looks like when you truly believe you're the best in the world and can beat anyone.
vs Gamrot, Beneil is so calm knowing Gamrot is too eager to prove something, he played his moves well, patient waiting and reacted well, vs Charles he was in Gamrot position, now vs Arman i suspect Arman will be at the same state as Gamrot when he fought Beneil, if only Beneil can picture this he will win
I see it the same way but with one snare. Gamrot wrote the blueprint on how not to fight Beneil. I doubt Arman will approach Beneil the same way considering he is more well rounded than Gamrot.

they should have asked him about why he lost and what he thinks about it and the reason was his way defending headkicks in the wrong way, the exact reason Dustin got knocked out, but for some reason interviewers always only ask vague questions and not much specific questions, they should have asked him why he never learned to defend headkicks like Pereira does and if he's fixed that
So many have already asked that question and Beneil has answered it every time. Part of an interviewer's job is to research the interviewee so obviously the Submission folks knew this and intentionally didn't ask a question that's been beaten to death.
I believe they interviewed him after that fight. Perhaps they asked in that interview.

Wow its wild to think beniel whos almost 40 is just now fighting in his first 5 rounder. I remember kind of trashing sean omalley for never having a 5 rounder prior to the sterling fight but now im starting to notice how few times fighters actually get a 5 rounder let alone a main event.
