I remember the day vividly when my brother, a soldier, returned home from his deployment. The anticipation leading up to his arrival was palpable, and when he finally walked through the door, the relief and joy were overwhelming. It was a moment of pure happiness and gratitude that I'll never forget.
It's absolutely wonderful watching these reunions, I get really emotional. It warms my heart when our soldiers return home but it also makes me sad because I also think & grieve for all of our fallen soldiers that didn't make it home. My father (rest his soul) served in the army (I believe) for about 20 yrs so I have soo much respect for ALL of our soldiers. Thank you all for your service, as well as your families for your sacrifice. I SALUTE you all!
These make me cry for the little girl that was my mum. 2 when her father left for service in WW2, 5 when she, her brother and her mother were greeted by officers to be told that he had passed as a prisoner of war. It brings me joy to see service men and women return home to the families that love them, so many dont get that chance.
The clip where the husband in uniform walks up behind his wife as she's looking at a laptop, they had just lost a child. That's why she was pretty much inconsolable. I can't imagine.
My brothers served in Vietnam, and we never knew if they were safe or not. These videos take me back to the joy we felt when they came home safe and sound. They are all men of God and I'm so proud of them.

My fiancé left for the marines boot camp today and we have an almost 2 year old boy. Me and my marine fiancé have been together for 4 years. Watching this was so emotional for me knowing what it could be like for our son to see his dad once he comes home. Also for me once I see him when he comes home it’s beautiful. 🥺❤️

I cry at each 1. Cannot imagine how these families feel when they return from duty,especially over seas. I'm sure our Mom was overwhelmed with emotions when our Brother returned from Vietnam. He wasn't hurt physically, but mentally he was for a long time. I cannot imagine how my Dad's side reacted when he came home the day before Pearl Harbor was attacked. I wonder how many soldiers don't have any one meeting them when come home. There should always be someone waiting.

.. when you need a dose of "feel good" it doesn't get any better than this 💖 I surprised my wife when I came home from deployment from Korat Royal Thai air base Thailand when I was in the Air Force...24 December 1974...she thought I was coming home in January...It was the most wonderful Christmas of my life...I had been gone for 18 months .. 49 years ago !! .. and we've been married now 53 years...the most beautiful woman on earth 💖

I can only imagine when my oldest Brother Dorian Atwater returned home from Vietnam. The countless weeks, years, letters,care pac kages etc. The enduring love and prayers for a safe return and kept out of harms wayof a Mom. He came home that's all that mattered

I always cry when I watch all the husband and women and boyfriends get home to see there family and wife's and husband's and girl friends God bless every American soldier and wife's and sons and daughters who have have there life for there country and I have a stupid Prince Harry who has never done any fighting in Iraq or Afghanistan he paid games in his tent while our British soldier caught for our country and what did he do he is a traitors to o our king and county he is a disgrace to the British people and our government it makes me mad my ex husband caught in northern Ireland quite a few times and twice he had Jesus on his side of he would have died when a soldier had a brake down and fired his rifle it missed him and the second his convoy drove over a land mine and it did not exploded till they had drove past it God was truly with him and his men

My favorite is all of them. I remember my homecoming from Okinawa. I had been gone 18 months. I still had 9 months left .
I hope all of these people returning from deployment are going to be home with their loved ones permanently
