C'est à dire que c'est la ville la plus dangereuse et la moins sécurisée du Canada. De votre coté, ressentez vous cette impression d'insécurité?
Oui c'est. Winnipeg est la ville la plus criminelle parmi les grandes villes du Canada. Les criminels ne sont pas aussi concentrés sur la glace. Il y a des raions sûrs et il y a des raions dangereux. La police est très nombreuse et active.
