- Looks like the seven ball dragon from Dragonballs , Shenron, doesn't it?
This is a very large and demanding model to build, but the satisfaction in the end is very high. 2030 pieces of metal to be assembled with patience in at least 20 hours of work.

@@fearkratos444 Have you seen the fifth movie, The Last Knight? There's a 3-headed dragon in that one. I don't think they ever mention it in the movie, but it's name is Dragonstorm.

Oh that is awesome. I used to use my Erector set and random parts to build robots back in the 90's. I used these little rubber grommets wrapped around plastic beads as the joints. When tightened, the joints would hold their position due to the grommets.
😮 I can't even relate to the level of intelligence and focus required to design and write step-by-step instructions for something like this.
Let alone the tool smarts for cutting out all those individual specialized parts
The nuts n bolts are pretty easy to find but most of the actual structural elements are all custom machined

I wonder if A.I could design and give a parts list and instructions for these. Order a few bags of nuts and bolts an other off the shelf parts and make 6 different models. For experts maybe have a few additional easily made parts from wire and metal plate cut using a stencil.
I have a recommendation try these thing called Shashibo cubes. I’ve seen these and they look really cool
These things are a nightmare to put together as the small part are fiddly and it takes some patience. I ended up buying similar figures but had them pre built before being shipped. They do look cool though!

Wow, this is very tempting. One time I bought a marble on a track set but the instructions were all in Japanese. I bought it anyway and figured it out. It was so fun putting it together.

£500 I really would not mind if it had been around £100 damn I would buy it now, but £500 means this is a project for only wealthy people. Will wait for China to copy it identically for £50. It is a very few machined parts, the rest is nuts and bolts and gears you could buy for pennies.

What amazes me MORE than watching this thing being put together is the fact that someone else FIRST had to conceive of this and then DESIGN it. My respect goes out to said artisan.

everyone loves this dragon until they find out it costs $300
£500 on the website given. I am waiting for a Chinese exact copy for much less.
I just put together a 400 piece metal scorpion that took twice the assembly time stated and realized why it took so long after watching 2 minutes of your video. I was missing the t-shaped tool that you have to hold the nuts in place. So I was trying to hold something the size of an apple seed with the pliers or my hands while holding the piece and turning/applying pressure with the screwdriver. Be sure to buy these model kits from a good source...
