This was the piece that's missing from my S&C cert text! Thank you so much for the practical application video. Holy smokes. In 8 minutes you answered days worth of questions. Thank you!

This was an extremely helpful video. I was confused thinking that one system stops and then another begins--not realizing that they all pitch in at different times depending upon the intensity and duration. Thank you so much!

This is a great series, thank you! How does this relate to VO2? Where would you put VO2max or VT1/VT2 on this graph? Maybe Vo2 max at the peak of aerobic glycolysis? Thanks!

Can you give a % division in usage of carbs / fats for this continuum . Where in the continuum is the highest usage in % of fat and how many kcal/min out of fat can a human produce ? is that 1gr fat / minute or is the max around 0,8 gr fat /minute ?

Im gonna guess that the dominant resting system is aerobic glycolysis

At rest you are able to supply sufficient oxygen to the respiring tissues to allow them to utilise the aerobic system. However the source of that glycogen will be partly from the muscle/liver stores but also partly from fats that are broken down (in a process called gluconeogenesis). So, to make a long story short: you guessed right!
