Thank you so much I just found out thanks to your video that I have been avoiding silica pearls because I thought they were to big to be silica pearls and thought they where rocks this will make finding them so much easier
Sadly I was plotted up in the far south east! So all these spots were a mission, had no luck with the beavers but the frozen lake south of blue Ob was awesome. Got tonnes without weapons, just let pelagornis sit on the surface to kill the piranha and its free.
Oil all over the north west on the ice caps in the snow. Exactly where his first location example is in the video. No threats out there on the ice caps in PVE.
Gathering the clams on normal settings only gets me 7-10 pearls. even cranking the settings to max gather that only goes up to 30 ish. am I missing something on how you are getting 70?
Hi there, you may recall talking to an account in the comment section of this channel back in 2020, that went by the name of "Evie Stainton" well thats me on a new account, and ive just got to say thanks, you've helped me make some of my best memories in the game. Anyway, I know this is somewhat random but i now play on lvl 44 max pvp servers, where i used to build bases as an oil rig-resembling platform on a boulder in the middle of the ocean. The base was great as it was within an inconspicuous location and was out of render distance from the coast, so noone noticed it and if would often go unraided for weeks, but considering how in ASA the structure render distance has been boosted by 70%, do you know if a structure in the middle of the ocean (on the island) would come into render from the coast?
Hi! So glad you're back on this channel, I definitely remember chatting with you! That's an awesome strategy to hide outside render! I'm actually not sure how render will be working in the new ASA servers, but it should be massively improved. I also noticed the ocean doesn't seem to extend as far on The Island map as it used to, and Herbivore Island is much closer to the beach now, but still in the corner of the map. The good news is, we have some really cool new vacuum chambers, so underwater might be an option to stay hidden. The water is much harder to see in too. I'll be sure to take note of how far render is when I have bigger structures to look at.
@@ArkSurvivalGuide I don't know about that one ngl, I did it before and although I survived for about 4 weeks which is great by my standards, I didn't enjoy it one bit, as I basically become a prisoner to the air pocket, the only tame I could have was a sarco and no raft or land tames, which often hindered PvP. I might live on the iceberg instead, especially due to a new strategy I created for basically being immune to the cold and not having to wear or make fur armor. There's an item called enduro stew which gives you 1.5 health per second for 10 minutes and so by simply making and using it, any damage from the frigid elements are quickly counteracted.
Just saying something you could have added in is the fact that the silica pearls nodes glow during the night time making them extremely easy to spot
They don't glow at night in ASE. At least they don't for me
They don't in ark servivel ascended
Thanks, great video and good tips!

Very good summary. Thank you.
Otters will bring you pearls, while you sit on the beach. Or at least, they used to....
Help me out so much, thank you

Hi love the vids keep them coming. Will you be doing oil locations. Im struggling to find any good spots that aren't to dangerous lol.

Thanks you very match for your help ❤
Angler Fish are your best friends for Silica Pearls.
There's like, 15 caves in the ocean
All identical. All have insane amount of pearls, crystal, and oil.
Drops are OP by nature, a grinder let’s you snag quite a few pearls and other goodies
93/97 there is a hidden cave underwater with some but they are really buggy for me trying to pick up but you can get 100+
Also if you use an anglerfish in that lake between volcano and blue ob you will walk away with a couple of thousand (if on boosted server)
Thanks 🙏

you can make it higher just type the rates you want
