Grima started out as a 2 member band (2 brothers), they were on an independent label for many years, until Napalm picked them up & they became a 4 member band.
HOLY SHIT. I LOVE THIS. I am hearing Imperium Dekadenz in it. And Woods Of Desolation.And a bit of Blut Aus Nord too. Great stuff.
One of the best atmospheric black bands these days. Cant believe you never heard them. Vocals are perfect for this type of metal.
Check Leshiy and Giants Eternal Leap. Cant go wrong with these.
Great Russian band, be sure yo check them on upcoming EU tour. They are very good live

Grima - The Monn and It`s Shadows .This is an old song, but the accordion also plays a big role in it, there are inserts of clean vocals) I advise you to listen
Very climatic. For a moment i thought it's one man band. And that acordeon at the end was really like an apple on the cherry tree ( " Where did it come from? What is it doing there? " )

The most repetitive song in the entire history of music is Scarecrow by Ministry. And it has bo break,no bridge,just a cool melody and an insanely good riff.
Grima is in my top 3 favorite black metal bands...you may think this song is repetitive...but they have amazing melodies ...and the guitarist and vocalist of Grima are also vocal and guitar in the ?band Ultar...also an amazing band ( there they don t wear masks)

Still enjoy these guys though falling behind their past few releases. Wish they had a few faster bombastic songs like The Shrouded in Darkness, killer track
This isn't their best slowed down song IMO. Enisey is far better. You should listen to The shrouded in darkness off their will of the primordial album or something from Frostbitten
I like their previous album more
