The word spotter is 100% accurate without going into much detail. I was in the military (US Army) for 8 1/2 years and worked in Military and Government Intelligence for over 13 years as a military, active duty, and civilian. I always stressed the guy that Gene Deal saw wanted to be seen. Eye witness testimony is the most unreliable evidence you can present. 7 people can see the exact something, and you will get 7 different variations of the event. I believe this was a coordinated hit, with individuals who were very competent in staging a hit. I do not believe that the government had anything to do with this killing (so let me state that fact now). Poochie was more likely the shooter, but he did not act alone. This was not a regular drive-by shooting like Tupac's shooting. They picked a venue with 100s of potential witnesses. They stalked their prey and took him out with precision, without any fear of being caught. I believe that there was more than one person dressed in the same color suit and bow tie. There are a series of unanswered questions in Greg Kading's version of Poochie killing Biggie. I believe that Puffy being the primary target is more than likely to be true. I believe Gene's story; he said two things that stood out, and no one ever expanded on them. He should never try to correlate the Biggie shooting with Tupac's because they are not the same, and weakens his credibility on the Biggie hit. Bomb 1st needs to have Big Gene sit with Reggie on the Biggie Hit and discuss it. Gene's story has never changed. It would be a great show.

The one hole in the setup scenario is Biggie made a last minute decision to go to the party. It wasn't a "Biggie function" where everybody knew B.I.G. was going to be there. For it to be an organized hit where guys where coordinating everything down to their dress code, they would have to have known Biggie was going to be there and that wasn't the case. I think it was a case of Biggie being spotted in the party and shooters were called to the scene. The party being shut down is what was suspicious to me. That sounds like a police call, which is why I've always felt Reggie was involved. Plus the fact he always takes offense when people say they wanted to retaliate. Listen to his reaction to the Keith Murray interview when Keith says they wanted to look for the people who did it. It almost sounded like he felt like Keith was talking about him...

Here me out Gene said they blew through the red lights heard the shots and turned around all of this at nighttime not really able to see in the car after the shooter got his shots off he punched the gas and got out of dodge and Gene said they gave chase but couldn’t catch the car now him being security if he were close enough to see the license plate why he didn’t get the number and one more thing if the part in the movie is accurate about the shooting then they didn’t give chase cause when they turned around to come back to Big everybody got out the car to check on Big
@@toorealforearth1981 he was puffys security, the truck Big was in was supposed to follow them through the lights but stopped. Wasn’t much catching an Impala SS during that time, especially not another SUV. The SS was sitting parked when they first passed it, and Gene was consistent in pointing out who the person who was either by the SS or sitting in it looked like Amir. They did give chase, but the governor in the suv that Gene was riding in kept kicking in, so they could only go but so fast. Gene was consistent with this story through the years, I believe him. He kept warning puffy, but puffy didn’t listen. Big had no business being out there in the first place.

Gene said Lil'Cease said the shooter wore a blue shirt and wore a bow tie. Cease saw the shooter because his head was outside the window hollering at some girls on the side walk when the shooting started. So Cease took a brief look at the shooter as he popped his head back in the car...
It's possible that cease had a glimpse of the shooter because when the shooter pulled up cease was leaning out of the truck talking to some chicks that was walking down the street. Cease said a muslim shot big because he saw a suit and bowtie, gene assumed it was the guy that he had a previous encounter with a few moments before in the parking garage.
In a hit that is supposed to be planned by cops why would they use their own car and have the shooter walking around looking for his target? Makes no sense

Cameras wasn’t everywhere in 97.
It was 1997. There wasn't cameras everywhere like that. And if there was, it was probably poor quality. Car probably looked like a shadow on a camera in 1997 and you can forget seeing a license plate on it in the middle of the night.

I forget who told the story...But about an hour or 2 after the shooting they saw an LAPD climb up a ladder and remove the cameras above the lights that diddy blew past and that big was shot at.....100% I remember hearing that
