The way you showcase Guyana is the way to promote tourism in Guyana, I wish you would team up with Guyana tourism. This is how folks would want to see Guyana. Guyana is so naturally beautiful and can bring in more tourists to enjoy it. Thank you for the videos, I have seen Guyana more from your videos than my 12 yrs I lived in Guyana. Keep up the great work!

Liked the vid and I’m only half way... I already know you’ll bring us the goodness before I even click. Linden looks lush and green. Hope I could do a tour with Leon Moore one day. If you ever run for office, count me in as part of your campaign... and if you’re successful, your foreign minister in waiting is here 🙋🏻‍♀️.
Watooka Guest House- wow... just wow. Thank you Mr Persaud for always bringing us positive vibes.

Born and lived in Mackenzie till 1964. I've always heard my older siblings talking about some of the places. My grandfather lived near the burial ground in Wismar. My Aunt lived in one of the Alleys. We lived in Silver town. We also lived in Dakama Circle at Mackenzie.

Blessings to you and your family, as I am enjoying your tour of Linden and reliving my childhood days of the 50s and 60s through your lens I saw my cousin (Noel Haynes). Noel’s father was my uncle and was one of the best train drivers in the days when it was known as Demerara Bauxite Company. I knew Blueberry Hill before it even had a name or houses. I am happy that you are promoting and showcasing what our country has to offer. Keep up the good e.

Of the names. After Wotoka was nicodock and then Fairmount over to the left towards the Gulf Course. So many great memories, the best I ever had. Wismar is amazing, there were no paved roads in my time, but I recalled the fun times spent on Saturdays at the Seventh Day Adventist church down Christiansburg close to the burial ground. I haven gone to Wismar since 1974, so a lot has changed.

Demerara river in Linden hits different. Not so muddy, almost look like a big creek. Blue Lake needs to be more accessible for visitors instead of looking like an abandoned bauxite excavation site.

Nice video! I roamed all of linden back in the days when I visited relatives. I really enjoyed the ride down memory lane and it was also nice to see the new areas developed. That aerial footage surely showcased that paticular region. Thank you for showcasing our beautiful country. Some time, if possible, I would like you to drive through Munipur Street Prashad Nagar; that is the street in which I grew up until adulthood. I lived at 218 Munipur street. My parents later sold the house. I would like to show my daughter the place where I spent my greatest memories. Thanks man, how can life get better than this!

Just viewed your video of Linden, named after President Burnham,
Linden is the name of the main area Wismar, Christianburg, and McKenzie. Many other areas developed around these original places.
The Burial ground is in Chrianburg. I attended the Christianburg Scots School.
Many mornings when I arrived too early for school I walked along the road alongside the river to the watermill and climbed down into the sawmill that was there.
The whole area was a garden city
Especially McKenzie area, managed by the Bayxite Company then.
The Steamer R H Carr plied the river between Georgetown, McKenzie and Wismar.
At Wismar Sprostons had a train line bringing lumber from Rockstone which is in Essequibo .
Now many have made their homes there and have extended the area..
God Bless for your effort in filming the present Linden.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane. I grew up in linden(59 constabulary compound) the road next beside the trade school and our house was close to what many are now calling the blue lake. There were many of those mini lakes and we would swim in them daily. It was fun and it was the best time I ever had in Linden. We called them water ponds, not a lake at that time.
