That VRR sure does help especially with lower TDP. I don't play FPS games but don't you want as much fps to reduce input lag? I would try to get 120fps if anything, maybe 90fps at least.

Honestly a ps5 with the remote player is a good option if you wanna game for 4 hours at a time since it’s just a streaming device but I love my ally don’t plan on buying the remote player but it seems good
Shouldn't even be a question imo. 100% the PS5. Obviously this depends on what you're doing but PS5 will run better 100% of the time, has exclusives, etc..
When I set it to 30 I stay in the low 70s but I know everyone’s preference is different with temps. I see a lot of people play with the ally hitting 80-90c and me personally that way too hot and don’t even like hitting 78c so if I can stay at 75c and below I’m happy with the temps.

30w is always a waste of time, I play this game at 60fps easy at 18-20w
