- As the world pushes toward a greener future, the demand for copper, a crucial component in renewable energy infrastructure, has surged dramatically. This increase in demand, however, has raised concerns about a looming shortage of the metal, threatening to impede progress towards climate goals.

Somehow the only scalable, low emission, resource efficient energy source we have, i.e. nuclear, was completely omitted. Since all nuclear facilities are connected directly to the grid backbone, their copper use is drastically lower than intermittent renewables which have to be dispersed over large areas, like low-efficiency energy farming.

Tesla is already making batteries that require very little copper.Elon Musk sees that if there is a long term goal for EV's,they need to be as cheap as possible.
as green energy is exposed as dirty energy this shortage will be prevented!
The energy transition ain’t happening, people.
