its the practice the more you train these problems the more you get used to that kind of Solving Problems but you need much talent to be at this level also

What the guys above me said, but I cant stress enough how important practice and repetition is. you should check out veritatsiums video on what it takes to become a master in a topic. he highlights how important repetition and timely feedback is. having talent is great, but no ones born a master. in the end hard work always trumps raw talent, so dont get demoralised from watching someone be better at something. everyone has different priorities, so neal probably just spent a lot of time coding, because its his favorite thing to do, and thus has accumulated all the knowledge and skill required to be this good at coding
For the palindrome problem, you can show that if Q is the answer, then in fact we have P = QQQQ...QQQQQ, basically P is a repetition of Q. I wonder if this fact can be used to solve the problem even faster. For example we know that lenght(Q) must divide length(P).

I suppose just practice A LOT. Solve as many problems as you can, and also learn as much as you can about C++ and libraries, which hold a lot of useful code that can speed up your own code.
I thought I coded like a turtle. But compared to this guy, I am simply a rock.

I can't even think that fast, nevermind write code at that speed. truly remarkable.

A handcam would be great too, his typing is so crazy I'd like to see it
only coded first 3 heh . 4th was unfathomable, outstanding time, hope to get even close one day!

I feel so stupid
Congrats! Inspiring.

@Neal Please share your template and code snippets ( in a git repo) . It would genuinely be very helpful.
Yes I was gonna say that
Thank you
