All great, but you should make a separate Helicopter Pad Section, where all your Choppers are lined up ready for Takeoff, and maybe add a Hangar to it. And if you do that maybe use some Concrete Walls to separate the H-Pads and the Base. Choppers are not parked inside the Infantry and Technical Section of a Base - They cannot operate from there because the Prop Wash would throw everything and everyone around. Also the danger of touching anything with the blades is too high. That is just a suggestion for realism!

If you don’t wanna remove the bus but you don’t like the yellow maybe try to make the bus in a tan or a green to give it more of a military feel.
This is by far the best base i have seen also i reccommend to make a Delta Force squad i think it would be cool
