    Thank you for this amazing tutorial. My adult son has ASD and a huge fan of the Pokemon things. This is a great way for me to help him decorate his room with all the plushies of characters he already has!

    I use a hand loom instead of a knitting machine but I'm definitely going to try to make one of these for my husband! Thank you for sharing!

      I can't see why it wouldn't work (not sure about the row counts) but concept is the same.

    Thank you! I was over here making two sleeves and putting them together. So much less work in lining the pieced up.

    This is an awesome tutorial...I wonder would this work for a baby rattle...I guess I could get a hollow ball of some type so I could put something in it for the rattle noise...🤔

      Thank you! I would probably just use poly-fil instead of the styrofoam ball.

    • @cv2562
      @cv2562 2 роки тому

      Yes the poly-fill would be better. 😊

    Very nice project.
    Can you tell me what kind of gluestick do you use.? The glue line is nice small.

    • @CalumetKnits
      @CalumetKnits  8 місяців тому

      I use hot glue with a Surebonder glue gun with a precision tip.

    Super super cute!! If i wanted to make this bigger on like a 48pin machine, how many rows do you think id need of each color?

    • @CalumetKnits
      @CalumetKnits  Рік тому

      I have not tried one on a the large machines. I would knit a tube, stuff it to get an idea of how big it will turn out and then adjust the rows from there.

    How do you keep the color-change 'stripes' from looking jagged? Yours look so even/straight. Love the project, thanks!

    • @CalumetKnits
      @CalumetKnits  Рік тому +1

      I use a jogless change. ua-cam.com/video/IdKaqXrMQIQ/v-deo.html

    Do you have the recipe for a 4” ball?

    • @CalumetKnits
      @CalumetKnits  2 роки тому

      I don't; I think the 22n machine would be too small for a 4" ball. I think it would stretch too much. Maybe a 32n or 40n would work for a 5" ball. You can check out my video on tube size comparison.
