How I built a 160L aquarium INSTANTLY to RESCUE my friend’s ANGELFISH

- Bálint sent me a message that there is a big problem because the aquarium in his office is leaking. He remembered that I had my old 160 litre aquarium in the basement. Since I had all the equipment, I quickly built an aquarium. It took me a couple of hours to get everything ready. It was a lot of work, but it was worth it because it turned out beautiful. The fish are from a tap water aquarium. This is the first tank I have filled with tap water in a long time. My water is hard, but I didn't choose demanding plants. How do you like it?

Guys. Shit happens! I watched it five times, but at 3:11 there is a mistery scene. Something happened with the subtitle plugin. By the way, I'm showing the filter there, which is the Eheim experience 350. Sorry.
All good! Stuff happens. Beautiful built by the way. Any fish would be happy to live in your scapes. Would love to see your video lighting BTS. You’re always spot on with how you balance the aquarium lights and video lights - makes for beautiful and cozy ambience.
@@RafaelSwit Thank you, you are kind! I usually use 3 lights plus the aquarium lights. I have a main light from above with softbox. 2pcs godox tl60 which is the color design light.

It does happen indeed. Thanks for mentioning it and owning the problem. You are amazing at what you do. So many people get more likes and subscribers than you and I but we are real and we follow through always. ua-cam.com/channels/AiPSfEDnMWL_iGAanJOdMA.html
It is still good tho, i thought it was a transition and i didn't notice it because i was watching and enjoying the relaxing flow of the video.
It's sad how we Brazilians don't recognize the treasure we have. I literally grew up surrounded by most of the things I saw in this video. Thousands of catappa leaves and alder cones littered the streets. In any small creek close to my house I could easily find a good part of the commercialized fish. But even surrounded by all this treasure, I've never seen anyone around here value each element as much as you did. Beautiful work!
Thank you mate!
Wow 😍💕..the fishes look happy as well 🐟🐠
So good you came to the rescue. Setting up a tank in a hurry is hard work!! You came through and saved the day/fishes!!! USA
That was so funny when you plugged the hose in and sprayed the wall I literally just did that today I’m my basement but mine was on jet, always got to make sure you shut the gun off before plugging back in 😂. Very nice build and on top of it you saved some stunning fish and gave them a lovely home. Your videos are so relaxing please keep them coming!
:D :D Thanks!
Super job. That's a masterpiece.
I really like your scapes, background music, grey background and 🌇 lightings angles really cool combination. Your studio is so cool it gives me Avatar movie feelings.
Thanks mate!
FIRST!
second :)

@@adreyxxx Best prize ever. Great job btw
loved it and thanks for the rescue
Your work is amazing dude, stunning
Thank you!
Oh man, we have all been there. Setting up an emergency aquarium. Gives me the willies just thinking about it. But brother, what a result. Awesome. Take care man.
Thanks!
What about the betta in the bucket ? Is that for another build ?
He was old. Unfortunately she didn't survive and she was so beautiful :(
What an gorgeous place of refuge for these for these fish! I’m sure they are grateful!
Thanks!
Very beautiful tank! Love those branches, and are perfect for the angel fish. So nice of you to rescue your friends fish too! Thanks for sharing this. Hope the fish are still doing well, they all look so nice together.
Absolutely beautiful as always, great job and well done for rescuing those fishes, you've given them an incredible new home 💚
Thank you :)
had to appreciate the music scoring it matches the vibe really well!
As always you have created another beautifully stunning aquarium for these rescues.
What a great friend and a very lucky angelfish!
Bro your interior walls look sick🔥 especially the one with rectangle wooden boxes kinda structure.. Can you do some rome tour sometime?
Beautiful. I really enjoy your videos
I used the trick yesterday od ceramic ring for planting. Omg. Mind blown 😳. Makes it so easy. Especially for a bunch of stems!!!!! Thank u
Awesome 😎
All I could think of is a big tank pissing out water all over the office, while he can't decided which way put the wood!
it was a tight situation! :D
This build is very nice. You are a great person to rescue your friend’s fish. I recently came across your channel. I subscribed and am glad I did. All the best to you!
Thanks!
Nicely done!
I love everything about your videos ♥
6:00 when planting your anubias you gonna make sure to give it a couple of pats 🤚👋🤚
beautiful tank!
Epic video. I could watch that tank all day
Great rescue 👍🏻
Amazing 😻
always love what you do! keep it up!
Beautiful tank!
Thank you :)
Brother soo nice.appreciate your talent .brother make a video on 30×30aquarium with minimalistic woods and plant .bye
This is where inspiration can come from.
Just 1 word AWESOME
Nice looking but from a lot of experience with discus and angels I can tell you you will need to saw the smaller sharper twigs off the branch and sand it down. Angels and discus have a very strange habit of doing random blind sprints across their tanks when they first wake up and can snag a fin. I use root wood like this and can tell you its russian runlet with these long fined fish. Other then that they scape looks awesome good job.
Awesome 😍 I thought that basalt increases pH and GH…
Why does this only have 40k views. This is beautiful.
I don't know, youtube is hiding me :) Thanks :)
This is a piece of art 😍😎 amazing
Second video I watch from your channel. Great stuff, toatally worth a sub!
it's beautiful😮
Awesome dedication brother
I loved the scape and the cinematography. You have earned a new follower. The only thing I could criticise is the subtitles and the text on screen. I felt like it was out of place or incoherent at times.
Welcome! Thank you for your comment. I hate subtitles I always suffer a lot with them. It is not easy to place them well.
@@TheCineScaper Great job
I saw a betta in the bucket on 8:21 but not in the final footage, is he on a different tank? 🤔
Unfortunately he did not survive and died after a week. He was very old. If I remember correctly I bought it about 3 years ago
@@valentinvalentinus791 well.. cycle of life, he lived long tho :)
Stunning!
Soooo beautiful 💕👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Beautiful aquascape
GORGEOUS!!! ❤😊
I thought I saw a betta in the bucket ???!?! Or what was that purple fish on the left??
Wow nice tank setup!
Please can you write which items you use, also the waterfiltersystem thank you..
And I have hear that you have to boil the wood about some ours, is this specially aquariumwood?
Wow.một chiếc bể thuỷ sinh đẹp hoàn hảo
very nice sharing
Beautiful aquarium
beautiful!
Super nice video, but at the same time (working in video production) I'm like "Yeahhh, so.. it needed to be done in a pinch, but you took the time to setup cameras, angles, lights, etc.?". :D
Still, love the video! ;)
Awesome project....
I thank you for learning so much from the video you made❤️
Nice driftwood
Nice video..... Happy scapping from Indonesia 🇮🇩
wow
Nice scape..
liked that ceramic ring trick
where from you get those bent stainless steel pipes? 3:05
what are they called?
how you made that backlight?
Hey! Thanks! Stainless steel jet pipe. You can find on aliexpress. I use godox tl60 for the backlight.
You are a wildlife warrior! Great job for a rushed tank.❤️🇦🇺
Amazing man....❤❤
Excellent
As always, cool video editing! What is this Ecinu CO2 controller? Looks futuristic ;-)
Thanks! Video is coming about it.
Great job man
How is the peace lily placed in the tank?
Just put in the water.
@@TheCineScaper but how did you keep it from not falling in ha
Hi!
(Another) amazing creation. Why have you darken the water in the end?
Btw, great work with music/sound, what a journey.
Greetings from Portugal
Hi could you tell me how do you illumate the background ok the aquatium with orange ligth
i dont know if you addressed this question, but where did you get that tank. I like the dimensions since it's perfect for putting other tropical plants on top.
Wow.. Simply SOOoooppPPPRRRrrrr.....
Do you dose ferts for the plants? Or they’re just fine with just CO2?
Also need to know the background light… 😂
I use liquid ferts and nutrition capsules. I make an another video about this tank later. Godox tl60 is the backlight.
Yeah you should use fertilizer for the plants, CO2 alone is not enough. You can use a dosing pump to add it if you don't want to do it yourself.
What happened to the other fishes? I saw a betta in there too with another big fish
Unfortunately they have died :(
@@TheCineScaper oh no! That’s sad but you still saved the rest, so it’s all good. Great scape btw!
woww....indah sekalii
Impressive
Is that a dojo loach? You didn't mention it
emergency! *takes ten years to place hardscape* 🤣
it was only half a day! 😎
Where is a betta fish? :( I know, that scalares could eat betta's fins but still wher is the fish?
👀👍
Can you tell us how much this set up costs?😊
Where do you order your wood?
Superb 🖤👍
I’m just learning about black water tanks but many say not to use co2. Just wondering what your experience has been combining these two. Thanks.
Amazing tanks
im starting to join the hobbie and I have a question, do cryptocoynes need to be planted in a fertilized substrate or just sand?
they have a pretty extensive root base, so I'd recommend going with aquasoil, but you could probably get away with sand with root tabs.
hi there! as Zeke wrote, extensive root base(easily 20 cm radius),so watch out for that, and if it feels good, it will grow and branch out _rapidly_(did that mistake myself multiple times). dont know about sand, though i think they will do just fine after acclimating period, especially with a bit of added fertilizer. had them grow in basalt(same stuff used in the video), with lots of fishes, and at a point it was hard to stop it from growing over the whole tank. definitely a hardy plant, give it a try in sand.
@@thebratkovics so can i just lay down fertilizing substrate and then cap it of with sand
Great! Waht abaout nitrate levels in the beginning ?
Super bro
Is your red root floater ok getting moved around the tank that much?
Hey, I was wondering, where did you get those taxodium roots from?
nice setup...bgut just temporary for this kind a fish
very cool! whats the lights you use above the tank?
Thanks! Onf flat one
Beautiful driftwood. What kind off driftwood is it?
Taxodium
What's the name of the last song?
nice
AWESOME for a "rush tank". Did you put a light screen or something to reach those colors in the background ? :o
Thank you! I use godox tl60 tube light
I need to know how you move those aquariums without messing all up?hahahahaha
what exactly do you want to know?
Очень красиво.
Но неужели один я не понимаю для чего он на корни одевает керамические кольца???
Написано ж, щоб краще трималося та не випливало
Must be happy angels! Is your entire world slightly orange btw? ;) Can the anubias do well above the waterline?
I love this color :) Yes, it works beautifully over water, the root should be in water anyway.
What’s the meter thing that you used? Is it to measure the pH in the water?
TDS meter. Total dissolved solids.
What is that betta doing in a bucket of angelfish..
He was old. Unfortunately she didn't survive and she was so beautiful :(
The leaking aquarium was a really old tank in the office. I put all the fish from my previous and finished tanks there. I had once a betta tank too. The betta was really old ~ 3 years old.
