Looks like a cool module, thanks for the review. Also side note since you asked: The church is in a valley which is represented by dark green (rule B22)
Should be in the U.K. in around 4 weeks I’d so, I reckon. Quite a few Paratrooper scenarios in the package. It xx will be nice to replay them on historical maps.
Patiently awaiting my copy. Very much into the US Airborne and their battles, really looking forward to the potential, eventual release of the other two modules on the battles for Chef du Pont and La Fiere.
@@paulsaunders6536 yes, and I actually have them, haven't played them so can't comment on them other than I like the maps, but they are not MMP products.
nice unboxing. I have my doubts that cows were used like they portray in the game, and purists don't like 5-3-7s. These odd counters smack of drawing in sales just to 'get the new counters' but I have no real deep objection to marketing moves :) thanks for the video. sorry still coming late to the party LOL
I loved playing SL years ago and still play occasionally. I have always wanted to move up to ASL, but the cost is prohibitive. In the past you got your money's worth but $60-70 for some special rules and a sheet of counters? The maps are not even mounted. Shame, because I really want to buy it all. Now. Thank Odin for impulse control.
Looks interesting. Map is much larger than I thought it’d be. Thanks for sharing.
My pleasure - we’re going to need a bigger table.
Can't wait to get my hands on this...come on MMP hurry up with the pre-orders
Soon my son, soon
I have the book, Sand & Steel Too! My Game is, "in the mail." Can't wait to get my hands on it. Thank you for that look at it.
You’re welcome. Enjoy.
Nice unboxing....you could use the maps for Squad Leader too probably. Waiting on mine. Thanks for posting the update.
Good idea and thank you for watching and commenting

Cool, thank you.
Thanks for the overview. I really hope they do June 8th and 9th with the La Fiere causeway as a follow on to this.
I think they will
I have this on preorder. can't wait to get it as I've been to Ste Mere Eglise from Australie to check out the battlefield. Amazing
That’s cool.
Still waiting for mine...Awesome vid thanks for posting.
Great, thank you
I don’t have any SL or ASL but get enjoyment watching these vids…
There are a few systems like that for me.

Have fun when it gets there

Yep, I think you’ll like this
Chef du Pont and La Fiere have already been covered, haven’t they? By the late Ian Daglish.

A flawless unboxing very well done sir
That’s very nice, thank you.
Good job on the addition! Enjoy the game.
Thank you sir

I’m just a sucker for historical maps as well.
Question… are the map hex’s the same size as the standard ASL Geomorphic Maps ?
I’ll check - they seem like it.
Is the Church on level -1 downhill or +1 uphill? You queried it in your commentary.
I need to figure that out.
@@WARdROBEPlaysWWII Pretty sure it's level -1 like board 24 with the valley? Usually level 1 is brown colored.
@@milky55way2012 That’s what I was thinking.
Good luck.
Thank you man

Amen to that.
love it-this is best edition- would you like a promotion?~see you later, mate~
Yes please.
Nice to see all the maps laid out shame its an ugly looking thing.
Oh, that’s interesting, why do you say that. I don’t have an opinion either way, so I’m interested in your view.
@@WARdROBEPlaysWWII its a bit hard to describe because its subjective. I think the bocage is depicted badly with those old style hedge graphics.
