I followed your steps and I was able to get some help and got my account back. At first they closed my case because I guess I wasn't there to chat so they can help me but I reopen the case and then somebody started chatting with me and I was able to get my account back :).
Hey you have to create another account like he said in the video and then create a case like he is showing in the video. The on the button chat will tell you how long before somebody contact you, so you have to wait till the waiting time reaches zero then somebody will message you on the right bottom of the screen and start chatting with you. I did what he said in the video and I was able to get my hacked account back. They send me verification code to my e-mail twice to confirm and they changed my e-mail back to my original e-mail plus they then sent me a password reset to my e-mail :)
