Manifesting means making something clear to the mind in which it gets implanted into your self. What you choose to manifest is to be called the straight path(صراط ٱلمستقيم) or Shirk(شرك).
No it's not. People literally think you can achieve and get whatever they manifest by simply using their mind. As Muslims, that's actual shirk to think you can make your own wishes and duaa come true 😅

Allah created the universe. Allah created its bounds. Laws and equations formulated by us human beings _can_ have defects. The laws and bounds Allah put to the universe has no defects. End.
