The house is good but the kitchen could be better as it's too narrow and would say with long storage rather then big storage option, and also a dedicated space for refrigerator in the kitchen is also missing.

I have a house which built quality is so good but mostly people are not ready to pay the expenditure amount cos its a bit costly. Why do these builders not think about gardening spaces?! No yard.
Because plot area is small and builder has to left space for Big Parking setback area etc.
